We spent 4 nights in this hotel. The location is just perfect. Close to the old town, close to the main road.
The rooms are cozy and nice, although you can hear the neighbors.
The breakfast is basic but tasty. There are both cold and hot options.
We also had lunch included and it was one dish, salad and some fruit.
There was a kettle in the room with 2 types of tea (black and green).
There were two water dispensers in the hotel.
I liked the rooms and the hotel itself a lot.

No swimming pool. If you choose the place because of the swimming pool, you will be as disappointed the same as I am. The swimming pool is not available for all (only for those who made bookings after 15th July. I wasn't aware of this, this information wasn't given on booking app, I chose this place especially because of the swimming pool, as I wanted to relax and refresh in the afternoons).
If you check in the google maps satellite view, the pool is 2 or 3 buildings on the left of the hotel. Apparently it looks it belongs to Reikarts Modarixon hotel.

I would definitely improve the communication between the administrator (who seems to be a very nice person) and the employees, who don't know the agreements. This would avoid misunderstandings.

There was a young woman with a very serious face, who sow information confusion every single day, giving contradictory information to the agreements we made with the administration. It was hard to communicate to her as she doesn't speak English nor Russian, even with Google translate.

That was an incredible stay i had in this hôtel !
Really good room, he has one dorm for solo traveller. Comfy beds, nice bathroom (bath if you want !) A/C, good breakfast and really nice owner ! Thanks a lot !

A truly lovely hotel offering excellent value for money. The room was spacious and attractive, equipped with a fridge and complimentary tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was very good, with unlimited complimentary water and tea available. What's more, the hotel is conveniently located, close to everything. We absolutely loved our stay and wholeheartedly recommend it.

A huge thank you to the young, incredibly friendly and helpful owner for all his assistance and great tips. My hotel room was decorated in a traditional local style, clean, and had perfectly working air conditioning. I also appreciated the selection at the breakfast buffet.
