Guest house "Sezam" in Bukhara

I am writing to complain about the hotel we just checked out, Sezam. When I walked in this hotel, I already started wonder why it has such a high review. Old design, old bed, the bed have no sheet for blanket—I believe they didn’t wash the blanket for long. The toilet is separated from the bedroom, we cannot be as free as we are in other hotel. Toilet paper is in very bad quality, it has red blue green confetti inside the paper? It is so disgusting for cleaning and we bought new ones ourselves, when I wake up it is all finished by someone we don’t know. The shower and toilet are in the same floor, so it get wet after shower, the hot water is very unstable, it is difficult to take the shower. The room is not warm, I have to wear thick jacket and don’t want to leave the bed as it is too cold in the morning. The host doesn’t speak English, communicate through translate is bad. Eg as the breakfast is so-so, we tell her do not make breakfast in the second morning but she still makes it. It is my longest stay in Uzbekistan and I’m really sad that it is so unpleasant.

And guess what? I don’t know WHY MY TOOTHBRUSH IS BEING PUT IN THE FLOOR?! how can she move my stuff like that, treating my toothbrush like a toilet brush??? I don’t know is it done by the host or the new guest, but I didn’t know we have to share our toilet if I knew it I won’t put my stuff outside. I rarely get angry for a stay but I could not find any single good point in this hotel(guest house I’d say) besides the price

Ok the bad things is never ending, we asked her if we could leave or put our luggage at 5pm as our train is at 6pm, she said ok and I clearly shown it is 5pm in google translate. And then she woke us up in the morning and ask us to leave the room because she said she thought it is 5am. Yes, I forgot to mention the door lock is not functioning well, we could never locked our room and she just came in without permission, where is our personal boundary? She just ruined our mornings. And she even throw away our belongings when we are storing the luggage in her place, including our water, our chocolate, our tissues and many other undiscovered stuff(i don’t know how many left to be discovered, although these things are with small values but they are still our belongings)

Now we are leaving the hotel mentally and physically ill as we lived in the cold room for three days and her bad attitude to us. It is really the worst hotel I’ve ever been to and I’m wondering what measures can agoda taken to prevent more customers from falling into these unpleasant experience.
