Stayed in Junior Suites 8412 & 8512 for 2 nights. It is nice and cosy , has big balconies with nice view. However the toilet bidet heater has no plug ! There is No signage on how the shower works, and insufficient wall plugs for us to work around. Basin or Vanity has no space for our own toilet amenities. Pillows are too soft for our liking.
We asked Receptionist where to have dinner, their is Cafe is closed, only the Bar is opened for dinner.
We had to wait 1 hour for our food at dinner in the bar on 14 Sept 2025.
The breakfast buffet set up is so disorganised...need to go looking for marmalade and butter which are set up on a different counter. Whats the point ???? Hotel should consider Guest's satisfaction and conveniences. Cafe Staff has indifferent attitude,i am utterlfy surprised to see waiters walking around with hands in their pockets...not attending to guests !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lady Dildora at Front Desk is helpful and courteouse, her smile cheers us all up !!!!

I stayed at your hotel for work for three weeks, and you made my stay one of the best I have ever had abroad. I will always remember your professionalism, your smile, your support, and your availability throughout my stay.
Your kindness and dedication will always be associated with the wonderful image I now have of Samarkand and Uzbekistan, to which you have contributed so positively. I highly recommend your hotel and congratulate your manager for having such an amazing team (reception, restaurant, housekeeping, bar, spa, security...).

House keeping skipped 1 day of my 5 day stay even though I turned on the please housekeep my room sign. My request to get my safe fixed (likely due to low battery) was not done. I had informed I had placed nothing in the safe and this could have been fixed when I was out at my conference. Not sure if the reception staff understood what I said in English. They were all polite respectful as I was respectful to the staff. This hotel is for attending conferences it’s far from the old town sealed off by what I presume is a parking gantry. . Not walkable to old town. No 7 elevens nearby.
From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did they check us in quickly, but they were also happy to answer all our questions, especially Dildora, who helped us choose excursions and places for dinner. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more comfortable.
The rooms at the hotel are spacious and cozy, and the views from the balcony are simply mesmerizing. We enjoyed every moment spent here.
Thanks to all the staff, especially the reception team, for their impeccable service and care. You made our holiday truly special! We will definitely be back again!
You can definitely can find nice places in the city. But it was clean and they have god breakfast
