Disappointing hotel in such a beautiful city. We were part of a small group staying 3 nights. We had booked a double room, we’re given a twin. No room to open our suitcases: don’t know where the 30sq meter rooms they advertise are located! No soundproofing at all: we could hear conversations in the next room and everything going on in the hallway. No elevator, no water pressure, 2 teabags provided with a kettle and 2 cups, 1 spoon. It was clean and well located but that sadly did not compensate for the other shortcomings.

A very large, somewhat impersonal, but adequate hotel for larger groups. Clean rooms, good location on the boulevard – relatively quiet. Very large selection at breakfast. Good coffee machine.

We had a wonderful time here. The beds were extremely comfortable, and with the curtains drawn, we took the best naps of our lives! The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of wonderful options. We had friends with us, one of whom was a vegetarian, and she had no trouble eating to her heart's content. Perhaps the one downside was that our WiFi signal was poor. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with our far we were from the router, but we certainly were very far from the front desk. Nevertheless, we would stay here again.

A wonderful hotel, very friendly staff, beautiful and cozy rooms, comfortable beds, clean, we loved everything. It's located near the Registan, easy to get to by taxi. The only downside is the poor breakfasts, limited choice, and not very tasty.

We spent two nights there as part of a tour. Although it's not in the city center, you can walk to the main square in 15-20 minutes. It's clean, and the room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is varied and adequate. It's not brand new, but it's well-maintained. We slept well. The area is safe, even at night.

It's a bit of a walk to the center, but it's within walking distance. It's close to the university, so there are students walking around even at night, so it's safe. The shower room has a glass door that closes, so there's no need to worry about water leaking.

Staff service is good. Breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious. Location is not so good for travelers who have their own transportation (we were on a guided tour). There is no elevator, but staff will help you carry your luggage. Room facilities have many small issues.

We spent two nights at this hotel to explore Samarkand. The room had a private bathroom and toiletries, and the bed was comfortable. The facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly. It's not centrally located, but you can walk to Registon Square in about 30 minutes. The breakfast buffet was decent but could be improved. The Wi-Fi was another area where things could be better. There's no elevator; our room was on the first floor, but they brought our rooms up to the same level as the rest of our group.

Stayed here for a few nights and encountered no issues.
Staff were friendly, rooms were cleaned daily and had working air con /heating available.
WiFi was good (they have multiple routers so make sure you get different passwords at reception)
The variety of food at breakfast could be better but hey you can't have everything in life I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️
Room view was overlooking their courtyard so could be worse.
Hotel was within 10 minute walk of restaurants, grocery shops.

Would stay again if I ever find myself in Samarkhand again.
