The bad things about this hotel
1. The breakfast was extremely limited. I remember everyday i just ended up having coffee and deserts as the variety was not good enough.
2. The cleaning staff was worst, they did not change bed sheets for 5 days or even bother to clean bathtub that was filled with previous guests hairs in it. It was really disgusting. The staff even didn’t bother to fix the broken tile. My wife almost slipped twice.
Supporting facilities and restaurants are no good.
Service quality is fair.
Reception was polite and offered a voucher to use for checking in later.
A bit smelly near the toilet at check in but overall good value and happy with the place.
Breakfast starts at 7 AM and offers a wide variety of delicious options. During my stay, I even encountered a tour group of Chinese visitors.
The room had central heating, which made it so warm that I had to open the window at night to ventilate.
Upon check-in, there was a mix-up; after we swiped our key card and entered the room, we found a young Russian girl already occupying it – she must have gotten quite a fright! We quickly exited and went back to the front desk to sort it out. They promptly moved us to the adjacent room and sent up a fruit platter as an apology.
For solo female travelers, it's always important to keep your door locked at all times! 😂
