The hotel was generally clean, though the washrooms do not have a shattaf, and basic amenities like toothbrushes were not provided. On the positive side, the heating was excellent, which was especially important since we visited in January during very cold weather.
We checked out early in the morning, and the staff prepared a very good breakfast to go for us, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel for a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay in Samarkand.
It's next to the reception, you can hear calls from room number 2, the guy at the reception was watching Videos without headphones and the lights were always on in the lobby. All of this you can notice in the room.
It's so annoying and hard to sleep like this. Please fix this Problem
