The reception guy was very nice, polite and very helpful.  The service was excellent and we also used the laundry service which was very affordable

Everything was great, I enjoyed everything, and the breakfasts were delicious. It's located close to Shah-i-Zinda, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good family hotel. The service was very pleasant. Breakfast was hearty. In the room with 2 single beds on the ground floor, the window view wasn't great (it faced the courtyard). Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Our home away from home. It for me is one of the best places to stay in Samarkand. Our host Zafar was the kindest person. If I could I'd live here. Thank you for making my wife and I's stay here so memorable.

The hotel's location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Shah-i-Zinda necropolis, and a quick taxi ride to Registan Square. Plus, there's a supermarket nearby, which is great for picking up essentials. A special shout-out to Zafar – his excellent service and warm hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, fantastic value for money!

We chose this hotel based on reviews, and everything was exactly as other guests described. The staff was incredibly polite; every request or wish was handled quickly and with a smile. They even offered us a choice of rooms. Breakfast was perfectly satisfying: boiled eggs, fried eggs, omelets, porridge, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables. There was also a good selection of bread, pastries, sweets, and nuts, plus a coffee machine. The beds and mattresses were comfortable, and daily cleaning and towel changes were provided. It turns out the hotel is very close to the center. As we were walking, we easily reached Bibi Khanum Mosque after passing the hill and Shah-i-Zinda. The only downside (not related to the hotel itself) was with the taxi drivers – they constantly confused the address because there's another hotel in the city with the same name. So, make sure to show them the hotel's business card or your voucher with the address. Even that didn't save us, as one driver drove us around for an hour!

Great value for money, very close to the main tourist attractions in Samarkand. Excellent service, very attentive staff. Clean and quiet.

The owners of this hotel are a delightful family. They are gracious, loving, caring, and will provide travellers with an unforgettable experience. I must say I feel lucky to have chosen to stay here. Also they have a top-notch coffee machine that you should definitely check out during breakfast!!

Hotel is very new, it just open 8months.
The owner is very very friendly n nice. He helped us solve questions.
The location is convenient, travel to 1st spot by walk only 10mins. U can walk alone the line to c all the spot.
Go out at night is safe, alone the street have supa market n restaurants.

The hotel is in the middle of major tour sites. You can m walk or take a taxi to get there easily. The room was cleaned and the receptionist always welcomes you.
