Stayed here for 2 nights in a Triple Room with a view. Paid RM 411 (USD 100 cash) including breakfast. The hotel is family-run, feels like a converted home, and has a very warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Location is excellent — near Amir Temur Mausoleum and within walking distance to Registan Square and University Boulevard. The room was clean, comfortable, with both heater and air conditioning, perfect for winter.
Breakfast was generous, tasty, and prepared by the owner’s family. Overall, a great value stay if you prefer a cozy, local experience over big hotel chains.

These folks are awesome. I had a family emergency and they allowed me to pay just the nights stayed. I greatly appreciate that.
The rooms are clean and large enough for two people. The AC works quite well. The location is absolutely perfect. It puts you right in the middle of the tourist attractions.
The breakfasts are quite nice and are changed up a bit each day.

Great location, very kind & helpful English-speaking hosts (they helped us with organizing a trip to Tajikistan, we’re really grateful for it), beautiful interior, cool rooftop view, tasty breakfast—not gonna lie, it was a pleasure to stay there :)

Wonderful family ran hotel. Spacious room that was very clean and comfortable. Delicious fresh breakfast. Perfect location for exploring Samarkand. Special thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome. Highly recommended if you’re trying to pick a hotel in Samarkand.

To begin with, there is a beautiful view from the hotel rooftop, of the Amir Temur Mausoleum. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the owners were very friendly and hospitable. The place includes breakfast and it is something to not miss! The foods they serve for breakfast were very delicious and sufficient for you to start the day!

Great location. From the covered roof terrace you can see the historic Gur-i Amir complex to the south, the Rukhobod madrassa to the west and the Registan to the north. I'd say it's more like a hostel, in a very cleverly and tastefully adapted building, probably a barn or stable, on the edge of a dense residential area. Kudos to the architect for his ingenuity! The hostel has everything you need to relax after the exertions of exploring this beautiful city. The rooms are compact, on the ground floor, with small windows opening onto the lobby. The lobby is very nicely decorated, very intimate and tasteful. Sitting in comfortable armchairs you can enjoy pictures of old Samarkand and its historical inhabitants. The service is very friendly. The food is good.

staff if friendly although English is not quite commonly understood, location is very convenient, just opposite Amir Temur mausoleum and a short walk to the Registan, rooms are quite small but clean, the place is a cosy family guesthouse.

Truly a wonderful place. This is a family hotel and this family is very hospitable - we were never refused our many requests: petting, coffee to go, extra water, etc.

a cosy family guest house just opposite Amir Temur Mausoleum, very close to the tourist attractions, quiet but central location, very nice view from the rooftop, very friendly staff, but rooms are quite small.

It is a pretty convenient hotel , however they charge me 3times city tax as it shows in ******* bill, they told me the price is per day, but in Expedia’s bill it says total!
