A real palace to stay in, the rooms are spacious, the service is over the top, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We had transport to/from the city at all time. Free coffee and tea at arrival, the hotel has pool, rooms with jaccuzi and great breakfast. Very safe and Highly recommended

We had a very pleasant stay here. Staff was especially cordial and accommodating our late checkin and requests. Breakfast was delicious. They have a nice Italian style courtyard and it’s very pleasant to sit and have tea there . Will definitely stay here again.

The first really truly plump comfortable beds since leaving the UK. The rooms were homely and the hotel had a central atrium with seats and garden area. I would recommend this hotel for it's unique style and home comforts that you will truly appreciate coming to the end of your Silk Road journey where the beds are almost solid wood and no concept of what enables a good night's sleep. Elegant environment, rich atmosphere, professional service

We stayed in the Superior A, Superior B across the street. Very clean, reasonable breakfast,small bar (slightly high prices for beer). Close to popular restaurant Platan ( booking advised) and one or two others but not walking distance to major historical sights.

Good location, great staff, nice older facilities with a lot of atmosphere, good value

We stayed in four hotels during our time in Uzbekistan. I took an instant dislike to this place which was probably rather unfair of me, but surely they could have come up with a less pretentious name. The place was clean, but the room was let down by the availability of power sockets. Oh – there were loads. But none in any sensible place. Behind units, on the floor behind the beds… an issue I discussed...

The hotel location is very convenient and near to the rail station. Rooms were clean, and the courtyard was beautiful. Breakfast was good. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was good and eggs and omelette made to order. Unfortunately the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The wi-fi was very poor. On arrival we planned to eat at the in house restaurant as we arrived quite late. The menu was limited, and as it was cold we asked to eat indoors rather than on the terrace. The indoor room was grim so we left and went elsewhere...

Nice hotel, with excellent service, but avoid the restaurant, by all means. It took more than 3 hours to have dinner and food was just ok. Also , it was the most expensive meal we had in Samrkande by far.

This is a good hotel in an excellent location, and the staff is helpful. But it is overpriced compared to similar hotels in Uzbekistan.

It's a single room, and the beds are too close together, so I don't mind being a little uncomfortable, but the breakfast was so terrible that I gave up after two days.

Everything is great but, service should be developed!

The overall experience at EmirHan Hotel in Samarkand was below expectations. Room cleanliness was very poor, and the bathroom ceiling had leaks, which made the stay uncomfortable. On the positive side, breakfast was above average with a decent variety, and the outdoor pool offered a good place to relax. However, considering the issues with maintenance and hygiene, there are definitely better options...

The hotel was fine, I was disappointed by how long it took to check in having arrived at 12:15am nobody at the desk and they were asleep out the back and I had to wait 15 minutes to check in. The breakfast was good and it’s not too far to the old town. They did help me organise a taxi to get to the train station.

The hotel staff does everything to make your stay comfortable. We were checked in early, without extra charges. They look for ways to help with all questions. There is water/tea in the room, sweets for tea. The only drawback is the lack of a kitchen. Breakfast is brought from somewhere. It is warmed up. Well, and there is nowhere to have a snack in the evening in the hotel either. But they offer and...

I like the style of the hotel very much. It is very distinctive and the breakfast is also good. It's very convenient to take a taxi to the attractions. It's just that there is a big mirror on the ceiling which feels weird, but I like it overall.

I had a pleasant stay at Konstantin Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and the hotel overall felt well maintained. Highly recommended.

We stayed for two nights as part of an organised tour. Rooms are large, spacious and well equipped only criticism would be electric sockets were difficult to access for charging items like phones. We didn’t get time to use all the facilities like the pool but the dining area was well set up with a great choice for breakfast. There was no lift but porters were on hand to carry bags and cases up to rooms

Ground floor room 103. No lift by reception for people in higher floors. Huge room overlooking swimming pool. Balcony with double door access. Large bathroom with shower in bath. Double and single beds in room. WiFi decent. Air Con very effective.

An interesting hotel but a good 30 minute cab ride from Registan Square, the main area of interest so perhaps not the best location for a tourist. The room we had was fine, large and with a very comfortable bed. No idea what the TV was like as we hardly had time to watch it, the wifi was flaky though but we found that to be the case everywhere in Uzbekistan. Breakfast was OK but nothing spectacular...

Already written about a distance from the tourist center of the city, you just need to take a taxi guys wich is really cheap in Samarkand, 5 min drive here you are... we had a great time wile spending in Regal Palace, great staff, breakfast, room was tidy and bright, Thank you

Not bad. Breakfast food was ending quickly for big group. Never cleaned under beds. Bathroom water was not draining fast enough. Battery in door lock died.

This hotel looked after my business guests. Hotel is business friendly, has conference room nice lunch and in the evening you can relax in turkish hammam. Sharof looked after our requests personally.
