This is cozy hotel with the great service, boys on the reception will provide u everything u need. Rooms r different, some r better some not. Breakfast is not bad. The hotel have great potential as the location is also perfect. We were really enjoying staying here.

We booked a triple room, which was very clean and uniquely decorated. The service was friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, and they even offered to store our luggage. They even arranged a free train ride to the train station upon departure, gave us a special gift, and even took a photo with us! Overall, it was a fantastic stay! This place is located within the Registan Square so super convenient. When I checked in, there was no one at the front desk so that was a little bit of a trouble. However, room is simple and good. The place is beautiful. Loved the service. We wanted to check in a bit earlier that day. They were nice enough to accommodate for that with no issue. The rooms were warm (weather was cold ~17-20C). A slight suggestion for them is to improve the breakfast, especially the variety of foods being offered. The overall experience was lovely for me.

We spent two nights there as part of a tour. Although it's not in the city center, you can walk to the main square in 15-20 minutes. The staff was kind and helpful. However, when I tried to turn on the hot water, reddish water that smelled of iron came out. If I used that water to take a shower, it would obviously make my body smell worse than before, so I couldn't take a shower. Other than that, it was a fine place to stay.
