This is an honest review and it’s for the purpose of improving the customer service and the property!
No offense to the staff and employees!
Good location, nearby stores and cafes
Some good staff like Aziz and the manager who were very helpful and caring.
Good internet WiFi and TV channels
No room service until you request the staff for the room service
No housekeepers on duty until the evening time
No replaced bedsheets and pillow cases
No good for a family stay, especially with kids
No breakfast as advertised in the pictures, the staff will bring to you, you don’t choose what to have for a breakfast.
No good view from the room
No locks on the bathroom door
Leaking water underneath the shower
Slippery bathroom floor due to the water leak
Broken shower doors
Some rude staff who need customer service training classes.
The room we stayed was smelly smoking room, however in the room was “no smoking sign”.
The name "hotel" is loud, a motel is more suitable.
