Overall, the hotel isn't bad. The staff are welcoming, and the breakfast buffet is excellent – a good variety of tasty food. My only minor complaint was that some guests from China were smoking right by the doors, and the smoke would waft inside. On the plus side, laundry and ironing are free, and there's a great little cafe about 500 meters away that serves delicious plov and shashlik.

I booked a comfort room with one queen-size bed for 2 nights. However, I was checked into a room with two single beds next to the elevator, and they claimed there were no comfort rooms available. I asked to switch rooms to avoid the elevator noise, and they moved me. In the new room, the window facing the street wouldn't close. I stayed there for one night. The next day, I was moved to a room with a queen-size bed – it seemed like hotel staff had been staying in it, as someone opened the door with a key card during the night. Breakfast was below average.

Very good hotel, great location and great breakfast. They have many selection for the food and the room is very clean and has a lot of ammenities. The staf is very friendly and helpful in showing me the train station

Will not recommend this hotel,breakfast was Below average, no Tea /coffee or sugar just a kettle,when i asked for it was told to go Down and get it,no soap or handwash,shower room drainage problems, carpets were dirty,no wifi,when inquired was told engineer coming but never came,i would rate this hotel a 2 star,

The sheets and duvet covers felt like they had been used before I even checked in; they weren't clean at all. The hairdryer in the bathroom looked so old and unsafe, like it could catch fire. Breakfast was really bad, and the room was tiny with a terrible smell.

The room exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, with everything tasting fresh. But the best part was the hotel staff! They were incredibly helpful with everything, from printing documents to answering any questions I had, and their attitude was absolutely superb. The hotel's location is also excellent. I'm very satisfied! 👍🏽
