I highly recommend this hotel is you are staying in Hanoi. Clean rooms. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are very soft. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very nice. They make you eggs, in whatever way you like, freshly at the breakfastcounter. We make use of the laundry service which is not expensive and our clothes were very clean and smelling nice.

This hotel is a total scam! My family and I made a mistake of reserving 2 rooms in this hotel through *********** that rates it a four star hotel with amazing reviews! It’s a TOTAL disaster and at most a 1 star hotel that scammed us out of our money! Dirty, damaged furniture and bathroom, a complete and total scam. It doesn’t even have a real reception or hotel staff! It doesn’t have a spa but it has a yellow sign that says spa. We were charged for 3 nights and they wouldn’t refund us but we left and did NOT stay here after seeing their dirty and horrible rooms. We left and checked into a legitimate hotel (Novotel suites) that charges the same price as this scam hotel!

Hotel located in the old quarter of hanoi. Great location you can go walking to all the important monuments in the old part of the city. All the people in the reviews talk about the noise but in our case that was not a problem and the AC worked perfectly without making a Lot of noise. Staff was really nice and they organize for us the excursion to ha Long bay and the transfers to the Airport (the experience in both activities was really nice). The breakfast is not incredible but it makes the Job. In general seeing the reviews if you want a better place pay for it. The hotel is good, clean and for the price you pay its perfect!!!

Three days staying in this little gem in the heart of Hanoi. The staff’s kindness is beyond words!! Thank you all for making our days so special!! Thank you, Mrs. Daily!! If you want a perfect vacation, it’s with Mrs. Daily and this hotel where everything is close by!!! Thank you, Hanoi!

Not what was described when booking. Elevators did not work and we had to climb 5 floors on a winding tiny staircase with bags of towels blocking it daily. Hygiene was a bit questionable. Ac made so much noise all night .Would not recommend this hotel despite a decent location

The ugliest hotel i ever seen in Hanoi ! Really dirty small room, 4 stars for this hotel, it's the joke ?? Poor breakfast. Il est vraiment moche cet hotel, sale, très vieux drap.Sent mauvais.On est trop déçu !!! On ne compendium pas un 4 étoiles pour cet établissement !!!

I loved the property because it was very neat and the staff were amazing. Trust me you will get your money’s worth. It is centrally located in the city with good restaurants and buzzing atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing hotel, clean spacious rooms, amazing cleaning service. Staff were very friendly, always greeting me with a smile, holding doors open, asking me if there was anything they could help me with. The service was exceptional. The hotel is in a very good location, in the Centre of Hanoi, with all attractions in walking distance. I was so impressed that I wanted to extend my stay by another few nights, however there were no more rooms available as the hotel is clearly popular due to it being so amazing! Thank you to all of the staff for making me feel so welcome during my stay :)
