Considering the 2000 yen price, this hotel is perfectly satisfactory. They provide shampoo but no conditioner, so it's a good idea to bring your own. The water heater serves both the sink and shower, so if you use the sink too much before showering, the tank might empty, leaving you with a cold shower. If you want a hot shower, either shower first or wait until the green light on the heater indicates it's full. Some power outlets were broken, making me hesitate to plug in cables, but there were working ones elsewhere in the room, so it's worth checking. Despite some reviews saying there's no hairdryer, my room had one. Even if it weren't there, I feel like the front desk staff would provide one if asked. When I arrived by taxi from the airport, the staff immediately helped with my luggage, which was excellent service. Behind the hotel, there's a 24-hour bun cha restaurant that's very delicious and has great service. They also have beer, and you can ask for ice. For a cheap transit stay in Hanoi, I'd definitely want to stay here again.

Excellent, very satisfied. If you land at Terminal 2, you can walk to the hotel in 15-20 minutes, which is perfect for those arriving in the early morning.

I stayed here for a layover. It seemed to have the bare necessities. Someone had mentioned in a review that there wasn't a refrigerator or hair dryer, but they now have them. It's no problem for a short stay. It's about a 10-minute walk from the airport, so it might be a bit difficult with a suitcase. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

It was about a 10-minute walk to Terminal 2 at Noi Bai International Airport.
I was carrying a 7kg backpack, but it would probably take a little longer if I was pulling a heavy suitcase.
To use the hotel shower, I had to turn on the circuit breaker at the bathroom entrance, turn the handle for the water heater (what appears to be a water heater) as needed, and let the water run for about 5 minutes.
The staff were happy to help me with everything from how to use the shower to lending me a hair dryer.
The hotel room was very simple, and due to its location, the noise of planes and cars was quite audible.
Personally, I think this hotel might be difficult for people who are not used to cheap accommodation or who don't like noise.

Everything was great. The staff was helpful, everything you need was nearby, and the international airport was a 20-minute walk away, just along the road with your suitcase.

It's okay for one night, the location is okay, the room and bathroom are of average cleanliness, and the soundproofing is average. Since the price isn't very high, there aren't any special requirements.
