There were ants in the bed. There was a foul smell in the hallway. There was mold in the bathroom, and air con not working well. But the staff was receptive and changed the room. Very close to train station

This was an amazing value, and the front desk guy speaks perfect English! Location is perfect, and the room + balcony was very nice .

Stayed as a couple at this hotel. Thought our room has a window. It was not. Not clean enough.

The extra blanket was not clean and there were some hairs here and there. In general okay. Would recommend to pay more for another hotel. But just for sleeping good.

To be fair, room that I was offered was sort of small. The bathroom's door got no lock. It's a bit further than I expected.

We are so disappointed in this hotel . They are doing constructions / renovation , so loud and the room are really vibrating and cleanliness is not well done . And much more annoying are the service slippers are both right , not partners, it is dirty and you feel itchy when you used it !
The good things is the location ,near almost all the tourist spots , specially the train street.

Friendly staff in a great location just 1 minute from train street and 10 minute walk to old town.its very outdated but bed was comfy. Great Indian restaurant next door but overall a below average hotel

the only good thing about this hotel is its location as its within walking distance to the train street (5mins) and old quarter (10mins) but its a pretty dirty hotel and there’s mould growing everywhere. the shower door doesn’t close properly so the bathroom gets flooded and the showerhead is faulty so the water hurts when it hits the skin… charging points can only fit 1 adaptor at a time so you’ll have to make do with charging other devices in the bathroom… wouldn’t recommend if you’re picky! (on the plus side, the ac works really well).

came in really late from the airport due to flight delay and the reception was thankfully still around to help us check-in. the room itself is nothing much, decent bed but the toilet is a little dirty and the hot water is not very stable, turning burning hot every time i turn it on.
