▪︎First of all, there were bedbugs in the room. Then, something much more serious happened — the bathroom ceiling collapsed. Fortunately, no one was in the shower at that time, but we were planning to use it in just a few minutes, so there was a real risk of injury.
▪︎The staff allowed us to switch rooms, which I appreciated. However, the next morning, a repairman started drilling and making loud noises in the room directly above us (the one we had just moved from). It was almost impossible to rest — imagine trying to sleep after dealing with bedbugs and noise from repairs.
▪︎Finally, what truly disappointed me was that when we tried to extend our stay for a second night, the hotel doubled the price. Considering what had just happened — the danger, stress, and discomfort — this felt both insulting and inconsiderate.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Safety and guest comfort should come first.
