Hotel isn’t exactly the most modern building. However, the service staff and the location made up for it. The male and female receptionist have been very helpful and even assist us to extend our hotel room for late checkout. Totally appreciate the extension so we get to take a quick shower before heading to the airport. Location is also near to the night market and some of the good food within the old quarters.

I was satisfied with the hotel. Good location, delicious breakfast and everything is so nice. Particularly, the best thing of the hotel is the staff. They are so kind and they try to provide the very best customer service.

Very centrally located in Old Quarter...seems to be located on a street w many stationary shops.Tour agency in hotel is very helpful. I like how they are able to provide recommendations for authentic food experience and not just touristy places. I could even buy a SIM card at the hotel (cheaper than airport). Highly recommend having them organize transport from airport as many taxis hawk for customers and are shady. Rooms are very clean

Great service. Good enough room quality. Superb buffet brealfast - waiter was so helpful and friendly.
I will visit them again for sure. Ah, we got room upgrade as well. Hotel does't have proper parking but location is so great as only a walk to landmark and street food are all around this hotel.

Hanoi Golden Moment Hotel located in Old Quarters and nearby almost everything and lake is also on walking distance.
The hotel was clean and the staff was really really amazing, smiling and helpful. Day shift or night shift all the staff was very helpful and they really make your day everytime you meet them.
Room was good bit small but as solo traveler good enough for me. Bed was comfortable, have in room safety box, mini bar, free water bottles and other necessary things available in the room.
The hotel have laundry and tour services as well. I booked my all tour from them and all was perfect and well planned.
I will definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner was a little weak, but everywhere is similar. Breakfast was very good and the staff was kindly. Kevin was very friendly for me. Thank you.
