Outside of old quarter but close enough so it's a good hotel if you want a quiet night.

The overall environment is good, and the service is quite satisfactory.

Clean and the room was quite spacious. The only minor inconvenience is that it's located on a one-way street. Overall, it's still good.

Very good, decent sized room with everything needed, good breakfast, pleasant neighborhood and close to attractions. Avoid rooms next to the elevator.

My first stay at this hotel which is located near the Hanoi Railway station. Check in was smooth and the person in charge was very friendly and polite. The room was not ready as I had arrived just around mid day but she was kind enough to search for another room and upgrade my stay because I am an Accor gold member. Room was nice and clean with full facilities. She also provided me with a fruit platter.
The hotel was also within walking distance to the old quarter of Hanoi city. Overall a pleasant stay with friendly staff.

It is a well known brand but the disappointment was the details of the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, the middle portion is sinking and when you turn, there is spring sound. The pillows is like a piece of crepe, you hardly feels any cushion and I need to fold half and that is only feels like waffle. The air conditioned is not functioning at times, feels warm and humid. The room feels mouldy. The breakfast standard is a total disappointment, tasteless and the meat are dry.

A little bit older hotel, but still considered in good condition.

Lots of small restaurants and cafes nearby. Location is also not far from major attractions. Given the price range, it’s ia good deal.

Just 10 mins walk there is Cong Caphe, good place to relax

I reached the hotel late, found the shower very low pressure. I could not have shower. called service. it helped but this kind of thing should be checked and done before guest arrival.
