We booked with a hotel that no longer existed.
By luck we walked a couple streets over and found morning hanoi hotel. The most amazing staff member Julie really helped out 2 lost Americans tired of traveling 25 hours and no where to stay.
Our room was amazing and the staff was by far one of the best I've experienced.
Julie is the best person and if she is there you will have a great experience.

• The room is very clean and cozy (especially room no. 802!).
• Powerful air-condition.
• Super friendly and helpful staffs; speaks decent English, and they'll do all they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Great hotel for the price in an absolutely perfect part of the city for visitors. Enjoy the Old Quarter, eat the local foods, and never be far away.
The high floor balcony room is highly recommended, it's such a serene way to watch the city and the beautiful lake. Our pictures are from 801, where my wife and I stayed.
English not great with staff but didn't stop us from anything we needed. Daily bottled water provided. It can get loud at times but never after 10pm or early in the morning when you'd want to sleep. I would absolutely book here again on our next trip to Ha Noi.

This place is ok, central at walking distance to several attractions. My room was clean, but not nice as in pics. Bathroom needs a make up.
People are friendly, they have organised some tickets for us. Breakfast is on the 10th (top) floor that let you see the city from above.
They have organized for us the two days/one night trip to Halong bay, but the boat wasn't as in the picture and the price I think was high. You can fine lower price around and probably the boat is pretty much the same.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Ms Lily and her team has been very great in their hospitality, care to listen and also sharing their experiences ensuring us that we know what to do etc. Also they provide useful maps. Great location, close to most of the places to visit in Hanoi. Accessible to restaurants and walking distance to most places. Real happening places around for tourist. No disappointments staying here !

Our room was on the 9th floor it has wonderful views. Very close to everything. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Yet like everyone says the furniture is a bit dated, the bathroom needs a make over, our door was really hard to open or close at times, we actually had to use a spoon to open the top lock because it has to latch. Also it is a holiday so im unsure if it is different but breakfast was super limited. We got to pick from 4 options eggs, and our buffet was toast or watermelon.
