This hotel is in an excellent spot for getting around Hanoi. The rooms are clean, and the service was very good during our stay. It's a reliable choice for a group of friends looking for a comfortable base in the city.

Extremely good location the cleanliness is acceptable, toilet a little mouldy but it's acceptable for the pricing. The only downside is that doors are thin so you can hear other people closing their doors. Other than that this is a pretty good one

The location is the best thing about the hotel. It was during the celebration of Tet (Vietnam New Year) thatI stayed in Hanoi and I was in the best spot in terms if location since I didn’t have to walk far to go to the best stores, coffee shops, spas, etc. It is near the lake so finding a spot for a morning jog wasn’t a problem.

Location is great, walking distance to old quarter and hoan Kim lake, close to lots of restaurant and coffee.

The staffs are great, very nice and helpful.

The building is dated, the room is quite old, cleanliness is ok, can't complaint since location matter more for the price you pay.

The hotel and its furnishings are worn out and look nothing like the pictures online. The soundproofing is non-existent; you can hear all the street noise in your room. When we checked out, they delayed us because of a small ketchup stain on the bedsheet and made us pay for a new one.

There were a few ants in the bathroom. However, it was convenient as it's close to the lake and within walking distance of tourist attractions!

A charming hotel with an unbeatable location near Hoan Kiem Lake. It seems to be a family-run establishment, as the staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile.

We booked a lake-view room and were treated to a fantastic view of Hoan Kiem Lake from the 6th-floor terrace. While the hotel itself appears a bit older, our room had been renovated and had a stylish vibe. The shower also provided plenty of hot water.

I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.

The location is perfect for visiting Hanoi, right in the heart of the Old Quarter; it deserves a 10 out of 10 for its location. My deluxe room didn't match the photos, but it's acceptable for a short stay.
