Everything you need from a hotel room when you are in Hanoi. Clean, safe, friendly service, top location. I forgot money in my shorts which i gave for laundry service. Hotel staff contacted the laundry salon, found our money brought us back, just amazing considering the economy in vietnam.

What a truly pleasant and memorable stay I had at this hotel! From the very first moment, I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere is warm, calm, and inviting — exactly what you hope for when you’re traveling and looking for a place to rest and recharge.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and incredibly clean. Every detail seems thoughtfully taken care of, from the cozy bedding to the quiet ambiance. Housekeeping was absolutely lovely — always smiling, respectful, and doing a flawless job each day. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows.

The reception staff were another highlight of my stay. Genuinely kind, helpful, and always approachable — it felt more like being welcomed by friends than just checking into a hotel. Their smiles and friendly attitude made a big difference.

There are small and large rooms, but I was a little disappointed with the small room. The meals were delicious, with fruit, rice noodles, fried eggs, and other items prepared. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located near Hoan Kiem Lake.

We stayed for eleven nights and enjoyed the experience. The staff were very friendly and happy smiles all the time. They also spoke excellent English. Our room was spacious, a comfortable bed, an opening window with a view of the street, clean and quiet. Room air conditioner control.
The location is excellent and we managed to walk to all the local attractions, without using transport. The included buffet breakfast was good with a cook available for individual order.
Excellent value for a 3 star Hotel.
Note. Not all of the rooms have windows, so ask for an upgrade when booking if that is an issue.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you can smell the stench of toilet mixed with cheap fragrance. The room is very small, each person can only order one breakfast, and the mineral water provided is the smallest 300 ml per person per day. Excellent location
