Cozy, very clean and neat. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Right next door was amazing steak house. Several small convenience markets within 2/3 minutes. Plenty of local food places, across the street from a large hospital and 1 block from park and workout park. Great place to rest, hangout and enjoy local Hanoi life.

Because check-in wasn't until 2:00 PM, I checked in at the front desk to store my luggage. The fee was 20,000 VND. When I put the money on the table, he accused me of being rude and called security to beat me. I advise all Chinese compatriots to avoid this scam.

The room on the first night had no air conditioning, and the air that blew out was hot outdoor air, which was extremely humid. Fortunately, the front desk changed the room the next day. The overall service was very good.
