I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Emerald Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to attractions and nearby restaurants. Overall, it was great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Emerald Hotel was nice, and it is in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. I love their free breakfast and the staff are so friendly even if we arrive at 5am from Sapa.

The location is excellent, with tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. It's a shame there wasn't a power outlet by the bed, but the breakfast was delicious, and the mangoes and dragon fruit were sweet and tasty.

The room is very spacious and clean. Well cleaned and super comfy. Thanks for the cake too! Breakfast was good!!! Only problem I have is the sound proofing of the main door, got gap. Couldn’t sleep well due to noise

Surely recommend!! It was very good hotel in Hanoi.
Staff is so nice and good support. Great breakfast. We can walk to many Hanoi landmark, famous street food shop and the shopping store.

This is a great hotel with really perfect quality of service.We stayed here three times.We enjoyed the stay in this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. You can walk to the Old Quarter (36 Streets) and St. Joseph's Cathedral. There's also parking right in front, which is convenient for calling a Grab.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with travel inquiries. The breakfast offers a good variety, especially with three or four kinds of fresh fruit available daily, starting as early as 6:30 AM, which is great for those who want to get an early start on sightseeing.
