This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter. All the staff are extremely friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. Everyone was very helpful with a warm smile.

The room was very clean and well maintained, offering great value for the price. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

Staying here was a truly wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area 😊

We didn’t stay at La Palm but we went to the Spa. We are on a 3 week stay in Vietnam and had several full body massages in different towns. Some were in “chique” places and way to expensive if you compare it with the service we got at the Spa in La Palm hotel. It was outstanding and the staf were very friendly and helpful. The spa is clean and the therapists know what they are doing. We got one of the best massages in our life’s. You can go to a fancier Spa and pay more money or you can go to this one and have one of the best massages ever in a friendly and honest environment.

Our stay at the La Palm Hotel was great! The staff was very accommodating, especially Ms. Sophia. She was very helpful in suggesting places to visit, giving directions, and was overall warm and made our stay very pleasant. Very easy to communicate with her as well. The other hotel staff were also attentive and always made sure we were okay. The location of the hotel is right in the center. Right outside are places to eat, from street food to restaurants. It’s also just a few meters walk from shops to buy bags and apparel. Walking distance to the famous Train Street and the lake as well. Although the rooms are an bit old and the buffet has limited choices, it was an overall great stay for the price!

Our stay at La Palm was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. Room was cleaned daily.

Staff were friendly. Especially Sophia helped and guided us on all our queries.

Location is great. Breakfast spread was nice, for a small and affordable hotel. Was tasty and well presented.

But, room's corridoor and lift lobby was not maintained well, keeping some old matress and other stuff there.

Location is excellent, locate it night market. 3 mins walk to street market. So many shops, restaurants, and coffee around here.

Room is great. Big size, full of facilities, bed is very great.

All staffs (especially bellboy) are very nice. Service with good manners, polite and friendly.

The only negative thing during the stays is wall does not keep the sound on the walk way at all

🥹. If you are a person who sleep very hard when environment is noisy. So this is it. Door open sound quite frequently during midnight due to other guests come back.

Flushing sound from another room also get in side (forget to close the door once).

Overall I do recommend if you find hotel in this area. It's reasonable price with over quality so far.

Perfect location in Old Quarter. The room is very basic but it wasn’t a problem as we were there just to sleep and rest. Comfortable bed and pillows after long walkings around the city.
