This is the worst hotel that I have booked. All furniture is very old,dirty. 600.000 VND ~28USD for a day. Never comback.
Everything is perfect.good location. Good breakfast.
Clean and friendly star. Feel at home.
I stayed for a night for business purpose. The customer service was excellent. I arrived late and was greeted with warmest welcome from staff. Same went for staff in restaurant at breakfast. Make sure you ask for extra (usually free) stuff in room.
From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and made comfortable. Of particular note was the personal service I was given in choosing tours. I now feel that I have seen much of Vietnam and Hanoi and that has been a priceless experience. With luck I will return to Hanoi and would definitely choose the Camellia Boutique Hotel. If a hotel can make you feel at home, that is the highest measure of success.
