I enjoy my stay and i get to rest well. The hotel is very clean and neat. Staff team is very helpful. It is very peaceful and quiet. Suitable for business trip. My room is on 9th floor so i don’t get people looking into the room from another buildings. It is in the location near the main highway to the airport and another road to the downtown.

The staff has all been truly amazing, they’re so kind and they all went above and beyond for our stay!!

I’ve asked the staffs if they could help organise the room for my partners birthday and they really pull through and made the idea come true !! 🥹🤍

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Sen Grand Hotel and Spa in Hanoi. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and centrally located—perfect for exploring the city.

What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service from the reception staff, especially Lan Anh and Linh. They went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed—whether it was arranging transport, offering local tips, or simply greeting me with genuine smiles every time I walked in. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel right at home.

The room was comfortable, the spa services were relaxing, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of Vietnamese and Western options. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sen Grand Hotel and Spa to anyone visiting Hanoi, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town

I had a generally pleasant stay at Sen Grand Hotel & Spa. The service was excellent—staff were warm, professional, and the reception team was especially accommodating. They made check-in smooth and were quick to assist with my room concerns.
Initially, I booked a Premier Room, but was surprised to find that the toilet was located inside the shower area . It felt a bit awkward and impractical. I requested a room change and was kindly moved to a Deluxe Room, which had a proper separation between the shower and toilet. It was much more comfortable and better suited to my needs. I did have to pay an additional fee for the upgrade, but it was worth it for the improved layout and comfort.
Unfortunately, my experience at the Spa was disappointing. I booked a massage hoping to unwind after a long trip, but the attendant placed her phone near my head, and it kept beeping with messages throughout the session. She even paused multiple times to reply, which completely disrupted the relaxing atmosphere. I ended the massage early and returned to my room to rest instead.
Overall, the hotel itself is lovely—great location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms (once sorted). But the spa experience fell short of expectations and could use serious improvement in professionalism and guest care.
Would I stay again? Yes, but I’d skip the spa next time.

The staff were super friendly, helpful, and welcoming - they made me feel really taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, which was perfect whether you're on a work trip or just want to relax. The hotel’s right on Nguyen Khanh Toan Street, with lots of food spots, cafes, and convenience stores around. There’s even a small shop right in front. The pool and breakfast buffet were amazing. Overall, everything was honestly great for the price!
