The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were nice. There was a washing machine and a dryer that we could use for free. If I have a chance to visit Hanoi again, I would definitely stay here again.

The reasons I choose Azumaya Hotel are the sauna, the open-air bath, and, for this season, the heating. I hadn't checked when I booked, but upon arrival, I was informed of some issues, which was disappointing right off the bat. I stayed for 3 nights. On the second day, there was construction noise from the open-air bath all day, making it impossible to nap. On the third day, there seemed to be kids upstairs constantly running around, like a sports day, and again, I couldn't nap. The washing machine instructions were also confusing and took a long time to figure out. I chose Hai Ba Trung this time because I had a payment issue at Kim Ma 2 previously, but unfortunately, it ended up being just as disappointing as Kim Ma 2. The Vietnamese staff truly work so hard, so this was genuinely disappointing! 💢💢💢

It’s quite a distance out of the city and although, it was pleasant enough to stay for a night or two. The cleaning standard was a bit below par, I found toenails on the dresser and floor. My room didn’t have windows and stunk of cigarettes. I asked to be moved and although it did t smell, it still had no windows. There were no restaurants in the local area, nor entertainment I cancelled my 7 day booking and went elsewhere quickly.

The staff's service was outstanding, and the facilities were impeccable. However, the air conditioning in some rooms can be a bit noisy. Also, the alarm clock's timer setting button in room 202 is broken.

The staff here are incredibly friendly. Although the facilities feel a bit dated, they are very well-maintained and clean. I loved having a TV that could connect to YouTube and Netflix, perfect for relaxing at the hotel. Other amenities like the air conditioning and air purifier worked great, making for a very comfortable stay.

I also used the large public bath on the 9th floor. It was a bit chilly since the evening temperatures are low right now, but that made slipping into the hot bath feel even better.

The staff were very kind and spoke Japanese, which was great. The open-air bath and sauna on the rooftop were amazing. I'd love to stay here again!

The room is spacious and clean. Besides Japanese TV, you can also watch Amazon Prime, Netflix, and YouTube. Breakfast varies daily, sometimes a set meal, sometimes a buffet. The rooftop open-air bath for women is only available from 11 PM to midnight, so the nearby Branch 2 might be a better option (guests can use baths at other branches for free).

The room was clean, the front desk staff were friendly, the breakfast was quite unique and delicious, and the open-air bath was a pleasant surprise. The location was also great, so I would definitely choose to stay here again!
