The staff is very good and very helpful. although i would highly suggest speaking english

The staff was kind. The room was clean, but there was no proper and closable window, so dust and noise came in from outside, which was not very pleasant. In the bathroom, there was a window-like covered with colored paper, but it was not sufficient to block the light. Because of this, the lamp outside stayed on all night, so my room was quite bright at night. There are cheaper and much better options.

The rooms are much older than the photos they publish. We were given a room (floor 7) where the bathroom smelled like sewage (we requested a room change the next day). The bed was comfortable by Vietnamese standards.

Although it is undeniably a little worn out in places, the soft, comfortable bed, clean sheets, and thorough cleaning make up for it. I had a good night's sleep.

Very hospitalble staff. When it was raining, I asked them where I can buy an umbrella and they offered to lend me the hotel's umbrella itself. Clean rooms, good room service. Walkable to restaurants

I was there for two nights. Their service is really good while we are checking in at the midnight as the flight was delayed. The hotel has message service. Plus . I love the room size: wide and tidy.
