Pretty good, it's in the Ba Dinh district of Hanoi. The environment is nice, the location is convenient, and they clean and maintain the rooms daily. They even prepared a cake for my birthday, thank you for the hotel's hospitality!

The facilities are quite old, and the lighting is dim, which really brings down the quality.

I arrived just in time for Christmas🎄, and the hotel was beautifully decorated🤩. The room itself was very clean and tidy.

The hotel is a bit old, and the overall facilities are showing their age. The service, however, was excellent, though the staff's English accents were a bit challenging to understand at times. The hotel breakfast was good, and the pho for dinner was absolutely delicious.

The hotel environment is good, and the transportation is convenient, making it easy to get around.
