Great hotel

The service was excellent, the environment was beautiful, and the location was very convenient. It's perfect for both leisure travel and business trips.

The location is excellent, right next to the National Convention Center. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was very enthusiastic and even offered complimentary breakfast. The room was clean, and the area was quiet, making it a great choice for business trips.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and I’m delighted to share just how wonderful the experience was. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt an immediate sense of comfort and care. The reception staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and their friendly, professional manner instantly made me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and within just a few minutes, I was on my way to my room with everything I needed clearly explained.

The room itself was a standout feature of my stay. It was bright, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, with a calming color palette that created a peaceful atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect balance of softness and support. I slept soundly every night. The amenities were all well-selected—high-quality toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, strong Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging outlets conveniently placed. Every detail made the room feel not just like a place to sleep, but a place to relax and enjoy.

Housekeeping did an exceptional job throughout my stay. The room was always spotless, refreshed at just the right times, and maintained with great attention to detail. I really appreciated how they noticed small preferences—such as how I arranged the pillows or where I kept certain items—and respected these without needing to be asked.

I really enjoyed my stay at the JW Marriott Hanoi. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the overall service was warm and genuinely hospitable, just as you would expect from a JW Marriott. The hotel offers high-quality facilities, including excellent executive lounges and a range of restaurants within the premises, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

The only downside is its location, it’s a bit farther from the Old Quarter, so travel time is something to consider. Still, if you value comfort, service, and top-tier amenities, this hotel is an outstanding choice

The hotel is located in the CBD, a bit removed from the city center. It's close to the new town, so there are noticeably fewer motorbikes around. The hotel itself is very large, with its own artificial lake and extensive grounds, ideal for a leisurely stroll after meals in fresh, fume-free air. The breakfast was also excellent and plentiful.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and elegant surroundings, both inside and out. Its facilities are comprehensive and well-appointed, and the rooms are immaculately clean. The dining options are diverse, complemented by attentive service.

The check-in process and welcome were exceptionally warm, thoughtful, and attentive. I also had the pleasure of meeting the lobby manager, who had spent a decade working in China and possessed a profound understanding of Chinese history and culture.
