The hotel boasts excellent interior design and facilities, and it's spotlessly clean. Downstairs, there's a lake, perfect for a nice stroll.

This hotel offers a really great experience overall. I hope everyone who visits enjoys their stay. It's a very pleasant experience, and I hope everyone comes to see it and explores around. We're all good friends here!

The hotel is clean and in a good location, we got a lake view room which was amazing. The best thing in the hotel is the staff, everyone is super accomodating and welcoming. Breakfast is okay but can be improved.

The hotel is old but super clean. It has some features that newer hotels do not have and vice versa it is missing some. For a first time traveler to Hanoi, maybe it would be best to look for a hotel closer the the hoan liem lake or city center. This hotel is convenient if you are coming for business or if not your first time to Vietnam. Hanoi opera house was a 20 mins grab ride away. Grab is convenient so we did not face any issues. Vincom center and lotte department store are 15 to 20 mins walk away. Staff was super polite and helpful with our luggage. Hotel did not charge me any deposit. Did not go to the ******. Gym was good. Spa was a bit weird, we did not understand how it worked when we went there to try and booked, so we skipped. Breakfast has a wide variety. Overall pleasant experience.

The soundproofing is quite poor, and the lighting is dim. The room is also a bit small. However, the breakfast was good, and the service was nice.

The first time, I was given a smoking room, even though I booked a deluxe room. They moved me to an older building with outdated decor. This time, the service was terrible.

The service is consistently great. The security guard at the entrance is always very helpful, which is the main reason I keep choosing this hotel. The newly renovated floors are very comfortable, and while there were a few minor cleanliness issues, they were acceptable. The breakfast was delicious.

Good price, Convenience location, clean and always our choice when we visit Vietnam ...

The exquisite suite features a small desk, perfect for business travelers needing to use their laptops. The hotel's breakfast starts at 5:30 AM, which is very convenient for those with early flights. It was a very pleasant stay!

This hotel came highly recommended by my dad, and it certainly lives up to its reputation as one of the better hotels in Hanoi. I really enjoyed my stay.

A huge thank you to one of the male staff members! He went above and beyond to help me find a phone shop, patiently spending over 10 minutes using a translator to communicate with me and Google Maps to pinpoint the exact location. The next day, I visited the phone shop, which turned out to be quite large, and their staff were also incredibly helpful in resolving my issue. I'm truly grateful for his assistance.

He was tall and quite handsome, and it really goes to show that good looks often come with a good heart – he was truly kind and warm-hearted!
