Exceptional value and location with extremely good service. Staff were accommodating and friendly, especially the warm welcome from Maili and the others at front desk. If your tour guide is late, or the pickup has trouble parking, they are quick to help.
Rooms were city-sized, so a bit smaller than North American but efficient and very comfortable and well maintained. Clean and well maintained, decently renovated, especially by Vietnamese standards. Surprisingly quiet. Location was terrific, on an interesting street within a block of Train Street and a short 10-15 minute walk to the Old Quarter or lake and water puppet theatre. Excellent breakfast in beautiful penthouse room. Staff delivered a lovely birthday surprise on our return, so thoughtful. Spa was lovely too.
If you go be sure to visit the neighbourhood around Hang Bong/Cua Nam - in evening a pedestrian section full of cafes, bars, food stalls, great vibe and thriving but laid back. While there visit Né, one of the best cocktail bar experiences we have had, in a long history of exploring 50 best around the world. Unpretentious, beautifully balanced, great hospitality making creative use of local products and aromatics.

We had a superior room on the 9th floor
Everything was great overall. The bed was comfy, being on a high floor we had light in the room and we barely heard the street noises.
One small drawback on the room is that a bath was advertised and we only got a shower.
Still everything is great, the view from the rooftop is good (this is one of the tallest building of the block), the gym as well and the breakfast is tasty with a good view as well.
I would really recommend if you want to stay in the old quarter !

The location is excellent. Being so close to the Food Train Street is a huge plus and made exploring the local food scene very easy.

We enjoyed our stay! Lovely room with a view, air conditioning, a TV with a range of channels and daily thorough room cleaning. Our favourite part was the roof top pool with amazing views! The staff were friendly and very helpful, the lobby was beautiful, and there was a good selection at breakfast. A recommended hotel for your trip to Hanoi.

Very good option for 1-2 nights in Hanoi. The staff is awesome, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good (except the orange juice). There is no expresso coffee but you can have your good regular coffee instead.

My husband and I stayed here for our visit to Hanoi and I cannot praise them enough. We had a delay in our visa and the hotel was incredibly responsive, flexible, and kind in changing our dates to make sure we could keep our reservation, but shifted to the days we would be in the city. They also upgraded our room, had a sweet handwritten note, a welcome drink, a goodbye gift, and helped us with everything from booking a Ha Long Bay tour to helping schedule our departure COVID tests, even recommending great cafes and views! Everyone was amazingly kind and polite, and Mr. Jimmy was superb at customer service and English in all areas. The breakfast was good, the facilities clean and cool, and though the rooftop pool is small, it has nice views and a space to layout in the sun. The hotel is located very close to Hoan Kiem lake and is centrally located in the old quarter :)

The room that we booked was really good and clean . The staff was easy to understand and communicate with . They were very helpful to us. The stay was satisfying. Had a good time .

For $50ish SGD per night this place is definitely worth it. Room is big and clean. Bathtub is great for soaking in after a long day out. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym is not too shabby and has an actual barbell bench press along with two other machines. Breakfast spread is good and you can get the chef to prepare omelettes and pho if you want. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. You can get them to help arrange transport back to the airport, and the price was the same as what we paid when using Grab
