Proximity to Cat Ba central and very clean and all the staff were very professional and extremely helpful when I was booking the Ha Long Bay Boat Trip
Me and my friend stayed one night here. The room was big and clean with air-con and a fan. The food was amazing and all veggie (as requested). The staff were all very kind and helped us plan our stay.

Decent room facing the street overall but suffers from noise from honking cars and karaoke.
I had stayed in this hotel for two nights, it is centrally located. The rooms are clean and complete value for money. The cherry on the top is Chung who’s ever smiling and helpful nature makes your stay even more pleasant.
This is a nice hotel with clean rooms and it's very near the main tourist area. The staff is incredibly friendly and they can help you book the best tours!
Centrally located but no sound proofing of rooms. Noise from the street & other rooms is disturbing.
Food was great. But during my 1 night stay, I was asked to move rooms due to technical issues. Instead of moving me to another room in the hotel, I was moved to a room above someone's shop across the road!! I had to walk through the stop to enter /leave. There was a man in my bathroom when I first walked in. There were cockroaches. And they gave me quarter of the price for the room back for the inconvenience. As it was part of a package tour there wasn't much that could be done for me. Would not recommend to anyone!!
Be prepared to wake up at 6:45 am by a Jackhammer.

The only good thing about this place is that the rooms are clean and rather nice. The food is horrible, absolutely horrible and the staff is unhelpful. They don't know anything or speak too much English and above all, they're rather unpleasant. Don't go there.
