Hopapa Hotel in Phu Quoc Island

Based on our experience, this property does not match its description as a 3-star “SPA hotel.” There is no SPA and no real restaurant, and the beach is about a 20-minute walk away. During a one-week stay, there was no room cleaning or towel replacement. The bathroom had a constant sewage smell, hot water was unreliable, and garbage bags were left in the corridors. Wi-Fi was unstable and not suitable even for basic calls. Very poor sound insulation and loud noise from a car wash under the windows early in the morning. After booking via ***********, we were asked to cancel the reservation and pay in cash directly at the hotel. After refusing, the attitude from management worsened. In my opinion, this is an unsafe practice. We left earlier than planned. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic cleanliness and honest service.

Wouldn’t stay here. We had 3 nights and had no hot water at all. Wi-Fi was terrible and room wasn’t clean. Location was ok. Very dated

This hotel first confirmed my stay. In the morning of the check-in day (today) they told me suddently that they were fully booked! I had to find another hotel in a matter of hours - turned out much more expensive. Never again!!!
