Phu Quoc Eco Beach Resort in Phu Quoc Island

It's a standalone resort where you can spend a whole day. Many facilities are free, and the private beach is very clean. Only hotel guests can use the beach; it's not shared, so it's not crowded. We were incredibly relaxed at the hotel. The greenery is exceptionally well-maintained, like a natural oxygen bar, and the ecology is very well protected. There were even crabs sunbathing on the rocks. My only complaint was the breakfast; the variety was limited, and the rice noodles were a bit too salty. Everything else was excellent. It's a very high-end hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great during our stay, but our last evening (at 7 PM) was marred by the arrival of the receptionist, who started showing us photos of beer cans from the minibar. It turned out that if we took beer out of the refrigerator (minibar), the hotel considers it unusable, meaning we have to pay for the minibar, which consists of four cans of beer. That's their policy: it doesn't matter whether you drank the beer or not; once you took it out of the refrigerator, you have to pay for it. We've never encountered anything like this, or even anything stupid, at any hotel, and we've already traveled to dozens of countries. So this requirement ruined our impression of the hotel. We had to pay for the beer and take it with us. The funniest thing is that this hotel gave me a cake for my birthday, which I put in the refrigerator instead of those beer cans. On the one hand, they seemed to congratulate me, and the very next day they complained that the beer from the minibar wasn't in the refrigerator. Well, it turns out they paid for the cake 🤪.

Everything is fine: the beach, breakfast, and grounds. Towels, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and cotton swabs are provided. The nearest restaurant/massage parlor/store is a 20-minute walk away. The free shuttle bus stop is a 30-minute walk away. It's far from all the sights. Food at the hotel is 1.5-2 times more expensive than in the city. If you have a bike, location isn't as important. I recommend this hotel.

A wonderful place away from the city noise. The hotel consists of small houses with well-guarded grounds. Cleaning and towel changes are daily, and bed linens are changed upon request.
Breakfast is included in the price and is quite varied, offering both European and Asian cuisine, even Pho Bo soup for breakfast. The hotel has its own small beach with plenty of sun loungers. It's very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. I definitely recommend it!

The environment is very natural, with lush greenery, an unbeatable ocean view, an open-air swimming pool, open-air restrooms with scenic views, and individual bungalows—it's functional, beautiful, and fun! I loved it!

The only downside is that there were mice running around on my roof, which affected my sleep. Otherwise, everything was great.

You'll benefit from having good English skills here, as most of the staff are white expats. The receptionist speaks very good English. 👍

we had a good stay. it does get boring eventually unfortunately we were here during the rainy season, so you weren't able to swim on this part of the island. still a lovely stay. heaps of restaurants around and bicycles available

What a lovely resort. I wish we stayed here for the whole time, but glad we found it. Beautiful restaurants, spa, bungalows, beach and pool. Lovely staff.
