We had pleasant stay here. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Beach was 3 mins walk. The room was beautiful with walking street view and big balcony. We loved staying in West Phu Quoc and will definitely recommend for anyone having a trip to Phu Quoc.

I really enjoy the drink *condensed milk coffee* at they restaurant and the staff always give me good recomend. The room wasn clean with everything I need. Beautiful beach also

The staff very welcomes and friendly. The room was comfortable, good breakfast. They have walking streets only 2 minutes by walking and near the beach.

Great customer service and best experience ever!!!

-1day we arrive was greet by staff name jenny and
danh.they great us with smile,warm welcome with welcome
drink
they provide us with all information we need.
they help us on pick transport from airport,and we got that
FOC. e
the room was very comfortable and beautiful
they help on arrange motorbike rent for us.
the staff almost every personi repeatevery person was very
good.
the other day till we check out the PIC of the hotel ms.Mai
always help us on everything we need and she is super
friendly and helpful also kind person.
-we like to thanks her so much on the hospitality.we loveu
MAi !!!
the hotel also willing to cook for us whe we get the fresh
seafood at the market for dinner.
and the last day they arrange us the airport transfer and
send us to the car,the staff of the hotel is Superb!!!

Very recommended and we will come back again.

Best part of this hotel is the staff - they are absolutely amazing! We stayed here because we read online that it was beachfront.. it’s not. You can walk to a public beach that isn’t far but it’s not nice at all. It looked like there is a pool at this hotel too... there’s not. There is a photo on their website of a pool overlooking the ocean but that is taken at Novotel, and ANOTHER deceptive photo taken from a reflection of water but that’s from a fountain out front. Pretty awful marketing tactics. We were bored out of our trees here because there is very little nearby and it feels like a retirement community in Florida. It’s a good place to sleep, but if you want more to do, go elsewhere. The whole hotel also smelled like something was rotting inside the walls. Very strange place.
