Beautiful and clean hotel. Very spacious rooms. Every morning, my room was cleaned when I went out. Polite and friendly staff. There is a café nearby with delicious coffee.

This hotel is relatively new!! It's in the European quarter, just 10 minutes walk from Sunset city ( the Italian quarter)

The location is remote from the action of Sunset Town, but within walking distance—a 35-minute walk to the cable car. There's no beach, just fishing boats and barges. I showered with cold water, but the shopping center apparently requires a long drain to get the hot water to come out, and I had to figure out which side to drain it from. The coldest water was on the hot side. The TV didn't work, so they said they'd call a repairman. The towels and trash weren't changed even once. Breakfast is an extra 50,000 dong, and you can choose one dish and one drink—scrambled eggs and coffee, or another option. The windows overlooked the neighboring building, three meters away, so you could see everything your neighbors were doing, but at least there was no noise from the construction. Overall, it was an average hotel.

The room was clean, not big, but had everything you needed. It was great value for money, and the location was excellent; you could walk to Sunset Town. The only downside was that there were often no staff at the front desk. A young lady from the restaurant next door helped with things like storing luggage and check-in. Overall, the location was good, and the price was quite reasonable.

Well, it was OK for short stay. Fast check in/ out, thanks good man on reception.
Room is small, not suitable for family, but if you alone or for couple is fine. Good soft bed, but small size. Shower is uncomfortable, but cleaning service is good enough. No free drinking water, sorry. Good smart TV with YouTube. On the road nearby hotel was very dusty (December 2025) because of construction side, so is better to ask room on opposite side of building. We try washing service not expensive and fast, iron is self service). For Grab taxi is wrong point, sometimes driver go wrong direction.

It was a new hotel, so it was clean and comfortable. I liked that the service was friendly and always ready to help.

Neat modern room: nice air-conditioning, has balcony to dry cloths, smart tv with internet access. The region is quiet, literally a ghost town, very beautiful, i like it. Stuff is friendly :)
