The location was nice, and the pool was great.

We had a villa, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
We couldn't use the loungeroom or shared spaces as it was hot, and the windows were just cut outs with flyscreen over them.
The bedrooms had aircon, though one of the rooms it didn't work very well.

The showers in both bathrooms were terrible. They were broken and one of them didn't drain, flooding the bathroom.

Perhaps in another room, it would be a more pleasant experience.

The best part was the location, with lots of shopping and food just out on the main road.

Great hotel, I recommend it. Honestly, everything was perfect – it's close to everything, quiet, and there's a delicious cafe right under the windows. The market is just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy. Room service washed my t-shirts and brought them back in 2 hours. Thumbs up!

The stay was not very good overall. Unfortunately, the bed sheets were stained with yellow spots, which was disappointing and affected the comfort of the room. However, I would like to thank the reception staff for their kindness and honesty—they helped return the clothes I forgot in the room. I really appreciated their support despite the issues with the room.

Great value for money. The location is excellent, close to the Yangdong Night Market. There's a free bus that stops right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get around. The room itself was about an 80/100, very clean, and they tidied it up daily. I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

Great location, right next to the night market with plenty of food and drinks. For the price, the room was quite good, and the service was excellent; the front desk staff spoke English. However, the hallway was a bit noisy at night, and there was a constant air conditioning hum. I barely slept the first night, constantly hearing what sounded like a phone vibrating.

Good atmosphere, nice staff and amazing food! I’ve tried both the beef and vegetable pad thai and they’re both delicious! I can also recommend the smoothies and the caramel frappe.
You can sit on the balcony, looking out over the sea or one story down, sitting in the sand. Great place to come for dinner or for an afternoon tea. Worth a visit!

I loved this place because of its location. The view is wonderful! Always had a chance to sit facing the ocean.
Their coffee is not bad, breakfast banh mi is only 40k.
I wish they had more vegetarian options.
Didn’t like their pumpkin soup.
Staff is friendly although their English is not the best.

Place lived up to the hype of the reviews. Quick service and a large selection of delicious food and drinks. Not to mention quite the spectacular view. Would highly recommend.

Came in for lunch during quieter hours and literally had the place to ourselves and pick of tables for the amazing view I read about in other reviews - they weren’t joking, spectacular! Loved the design & layout of the menu, so many drink and food choices with great fusion of Vietnamese & Western.

I ordered a Blue Coconut Latte, the Chicken Pad Thai and Crispy Calamari. Excellent portion size, flavors and presentation. My friend had Beef Burger and Fries - two thumbs up.

Friendly staff made us laugh and responded promptly when the tartar sauce was missing from calamari, overall great vibe

Overall prices are higher than street vendor (35K for coconut water compared to 10K on street) but worth it. Will be back at sunset to try another cocktail!

Beautiful place for lunch. Lovely beach view and very friendly staff. We came at a quiet time so we got our meal very quickly. The food was delicious and so were our drinks. It’s more pricy (5-20NZD) than local food but definitely worth it.
