We had a great stay here, booked for 2 nights, ended up staying for 6! Perfect location, surrounded by many nice cafés and restaurants, the beach is just a few minutes walk. The bungalow is quiet and lovely, the rooms are spacious and clean. There is hot water, a great swimming pool and good wifi. Their breakfast is included in the price, so tasty, a good mix of Vietnamese and western cuisine. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. Definitely recommended!

An absolutely disastrous experience. Upon arrival, the sheets were dirty, with squashed mosquitoes and visible hair—unacceptable. The pool was murky, unmaintained, and had trash cans in plain sight, giving a general feeling of neglect. We couldn't stay and left the property immediately. This was by far our worst hotel experience in Vietnam. Avoid it.

The sea view room we stayed in this time was amazing! The room has a great sea view. You can see the magnificent sea by opening the window. The sunlight shines on the sparkling water, which is beautiful. The sap facilities are complete and the experience is super comfortable. The service of the staff is impeccable, they are thoughtful and enthusiastic, making us feel the warmth of home throughout the whole process. We will come again next time.

A little corner of paradise in Phu Quoc.! Not to mention the impeccable cleanliness, perfect breakfast and the cuteness of the place, everything is perfect! 5 days there but we would have preferred to stay a lifetime. Magnificent encounter thanks to the owner of the hotel and his friends. We spent the most wonderful evening with them and their kindness and generosity will be forever engraved in our minds. We do not have enough thanks in a lifetime to thank them! Thank you thank you thank you we will come back for sure Thank you to Toan the owner and all his friends for the richness of this meeting!

The hotel is great the staff personnel a friendly and helpful. Located not far the main road, around the corner are places to eat and buy some groceries. A supermarket is located on the main road 1km away. The beach is 15-20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Tours can also be booked from the front desk and your picked up from the hotel.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Phu Quoc, look no further. Valentina is a wonderfully clean & comfortable option available at an extremely reasonable price. The beds are comfy, the air con is cool, the showers are strong & hot, & each room handily comes equipped with a kettle & mini fridge. The upstairs rooms are particularly spacious, & the wifi is dependable enough for digital nomads. The pool is lovely, well-kept & set amongst beautiful gardens. A simple but extremely satisfying breakfast is available each morning, with free-pour hot & cold beverages. However, what truly sets Valentina apart is its friendly & accommodating staff. A special mention goes to key receptionist Dylan, who went above & beyond with his suggestions for how to get the best out of Phu Quoc. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Phu Quoc.

Super close to everything! It's a typical bed for Vietnam... Hard as a rock. They do offer motorbike rentals. I'm sure they set up tours and excursions.

Within walking distance of a hidden gem. Little Paradise bar and grill on the beach.

This has been the best stay so far during our three month trip - and it almost feels sad to say goodbye 🥲❤️ The staff are wonderful here! We came with a three day booking, but ended up staying three weeks 😁 Breakfast buffet is great, pool is calm and clean, room is quiet and cool and everything is just super for the money. We will be back!!
