After reading the positive reviews, we decided to stay for a few nights. The location is excellent – there are plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby, but that's probably where the positives end. We were met by a not-so-friendly girl at the reception, although check-in was quick. Our room was on the 3rd floor. If you don't look too closely, it's a perfectly bearable room. But on closer inspection, the dirt and mold immediately stand out. The bathroom door is made of frosted glass and is right next to the bed, and there's a lot of mold on the floor underneath. We decided to move the nightstand closer to the bed and found a huge accumulation of dust, as well as under the bed, and forgotten items. It was unpleasant to be in the room. On the bright side: the bedding and towels were clean. But if cleanliness isn't a major concern for you, then this is a decent option.

I thought cleaning the room included changing the sheets at least once every 3 days, but it turns out it didn't. The sheets weren't changed once during my 6-night stay; they just neatly made the bed. But I was so tired returning each day that I didn't have the energy to complain. The people at the reception desk are very responsive and helpful. The pool is excellent, especially for a night swim with the lights.

This hotel is centrally located in Phu Quoc, making it a quick 15-minute taxi ride to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants, spas, and even a King Kong Mart nearby, so you'll have lots to do. The room was clean, and the bed sheets were spotless. My only minor complaint is that there's no door between the shower and the toilet, so the floor tends to get quite wet.

This hotel was a half-day stopover for me as I had a late flight back to Korea. I was very satisfied with its high value for money and the availability of a swimming pool. Plus, its proximity to downtown attractions like King Kong Mart was a huge bonus.

The room itself is decent, but it's incredibly noisy. You can hear everything – the neighbors, the street... it's really hard to get a good night's sleep. If you're looking for a peaceful stay, this definitely isn't the place for you.

The hotel service is excellent, and the front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. If you need to book water park tickets, you can ask the staff for assistance, saving you the hassle of queuing. The hotel environment is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable, with clean, tidy, and well-equipped rooms. The only minor drawback is that the pool is located on the rooftop of a separate building, which you have to go to for exercise. However, the view from the 19th-floor rooftop, despite being small, is breathtaking, offering panoramic views of the entire cable car station and the Kiss Bridge right before your eyes.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Yangdong Night Market, the large KingKong supermarket, and several bars where you can enjoy the sunset. It's a great option for those who prioritize location and convenience over luxury hotel facilities. Plus, the food quality at the hotel's on-site restaurant is quite good.

We recently stayed at this hotel. We mentioned when booking that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and we were so surprised by how they decorated our room! There were balloons, a congratulatory message, and a small gift. It actually brought tears to our eyes! Thank you so much! The hotel is small and cozy, the room was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful with everything.

Super cheap and convenient, good enough area. Not close to center but still doable. The building is nice, the apartment has everything, it’s big, nice view. But the hygiene was terrible, it was not clean, even after we requested the next day. It wasn’t cleaned even though they pretended they did, even the linen was not changed. The bathroom had a horrible smell and it was clogged. The staff was really kind tho. But would not recommend if you prefer clean.

Facilities are quite nice and clean. Experience will up to which guests you stay together. When someone is drunk and crazy, it is too noisy due to not enough soundproof.
