First I want to praise the kindness of the staff who named Ngan Yen. She served us very professionally despite I arrived mid night. She was kind and satisfied all my requests. Lovely authentic-looking hotel, i specifically booked ocean-view room and it's definitely worth it! Service here is great, receptionist Huyen is very nice and helpful, other staff is also great. The receptionist was welcoming and provided helpful guidance. The hotel is in a great location, with a river right in front. You can easily walk to Hoi An Ancient Town by crossing the bridge it only takes about 3–5 minutes. There’s also a night market nearby, which is perfect for exploring in the evening. This hotel is super close to the airport, probably the best one around. However, it's a bit inconvenient that food deliveries can't be brought up to the room and only drop off at the front desk.

The location is a bit far from the airport, but there's a scheduled shuttle bus service. The hotel environment is quite good; it's one building within an apartment complex. Most airport hotel are far away from civilization. This is NOT! Wonderful stay but they were sticky about giving me a few more hours while I wait for my flight claiming that the hotel is fully booked. They were willing to extend my stay only if I could top up for $25 per hour. I was disappointed at their upsell. Hence the 4 stars for service.

The hotel is located on the 2nd line. Quiet. The room is cleaned every day. The bed linen and towels are snow-white. Breakfast is normal: several types of salads, side dishes, fruits, tea, coffee. The apartment hasn't been aired out for a while, there's a bit of a musty smell. I suggest more ventilation. Also, I hope the cleanliness can be improved, the sofa was covered in dust.

The building looks huge but not all levels are part of the hotel. Close to the Dam market but its a distance to walk to the main area with all the restaurants. Service isn't fantastic, could be improved.

The location is quite out of the way, which felt really inconvenient as we had to travel far for food. It's close to Nha Trang Cathedral and Long Son Pagoda, and the surroundings are very quiet, but the room's soundproofing isn't great. We could see both the sea and a training ground. We have stayed in Dqua hotel for about 20 days and first week the pool was in the under construction. The breakfast was good and we liked the family size rooms.

The renovation is great, and the room is very well-equipped with a washing machine and an induction cooker, so you can cook. The only minor drawback is that the beds in the standard room are small, probably around 0.9 meters. The service is excellent, and it's quiet at night. My friend and I stayed at Maple Leaf Hotel & Apartment during our trip to Nha Trang, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel is a 4-star property in the lively West Quarter, just a short walk from the beach, bars, restaurants, and nightlife — a really great spot if you want to be close to the action and easy beach access.

From the pictures the hotel looks better than it is. The first day they didn’t come to clean my room so when in the evening I came back I told them and they answered they would have clean it the day after. From the 2nd day they always came to clean it. Smaller than expected, and the facilities aren't great. I booked it for the pool, but it felt more like a public bath. The location is good though, you can get to Son Tra Night Market or cross the bridge to Han Market. Going the other way, you're at the beach, which was nice.

Great area between ha long bay cruise departure and sleeper bus pick up. Both very close. Hotel was very peaceful, good night's sleep and great food. Big room with everything you would need.

Stayed here for one night prior to our Ha Long Bay cruise. We had a lovely stay and the staff were very kind and courteous, offering to help us with every aspect of our stay in the area. We cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area!

This is the first time we stayed at Paradise Suites Hotel and we never regretted it. Their service room is quite big and their bed is amazing. The front desk is very accommodating. Next time around will book the same hotel. You have a satisfied customer.

The hotel was great. The immediate area around the cruise port is totally dead, and there is nothing to do but wait for your cruise ship to board. Nothing happening at supposedly one of the busiest times of the year. Had I known this, I would have stayed in Ha Long city and not on the island.

Excellent room, cleanliness service and breakfast. The breakfast spread is amazing it changes every day and the food is actually good.  Right opposite. The hotel is a few massage parlour and they are for the five minutes walk away from Cong Café 711 and circle seven.

I think the location is quite good, quiet and not noisy. However, what I didn't like was the decor in the store; I always felt like there was a person on the wall 🤣. That's just my personal preference, but overall, it's alright.

Great location and the restaurant staff are the best. Unfortunately there is a separation between the hotel booking and the airB&B booking so there is a separate service charge to use the pool and gym each day. Also there is no separate smoking area outside so it often stinks 😷 of smoke much of the time. The rooms aren’t really setup for long stay with drawers to hold clothes. Kitchens aren’t not equipped...

Really nice and big rooms! Worth every penny, for the price we paid, I cant complain that the bfast isnt that great but doable for a quickie. Pls stay here if you are in danang since you wont be staying in the room all day long. But tis place checks all the pros!

Beautiful view of the beach, but the windows are dirty. Very flimsy doors. TV with a set-top box with a standard set of Vietnamese channels. The mattress is so-so, in places it has been damaged by cigarettes. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for 3 elevators. Hot water for 5 minutes, then the machine trips. The exhaust fan in the shower does not work, condensation from the air conditioner comes...

I am satisfied with the room and service. The price is affordable. I will stay here again next time I come.
