Iron didn’t work. Heating element couldn’t even warm your hand. So went for the Laundry option and paid the premium of express which clearly indicated return before 19:00 same day. 21:00 called house keeping but they were unable to communicate or locate the laundry item. On the return laundry receipt showed only charged for the normal rate so I thought never mind. Upon check out it was not compensated...

The hotel is very close to the airport. It would be even better if the shuttle bus ran more frequently. The room was quite spacious, which was great, and the breakfast was ample and delicious. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

This has to be the highlight of my south East Asian trip. The staff, unmatched in terms of being absolutely amazing human beings. The pool was amazing and the rooms, as with all my holiday inn experiences, unmatched in terms of value for money.

The suite I booked was very spacious, and it's super close to the airport with free shuttle service, which was really convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I noticed that pilots and flight attendants from various airlines stay here too. Highly recommend it!

The apartment hasn't been aired out for a while, there's a bit of a musty smell. I suggest more ventilation. Also, I hope the cleanliness can be improved, the sofa was covered in dust.

The renovation is great, and the room is very well-equipped with a washing machine and an induction cooker, so you can cook. The only minor drawback is that the beds in the standard room are small, probably around 0.9 meters. The service is excellent, and it's quiet at night. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

The views are stunning when the weather is clear, and the top-floor balcony room is very spacious. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The location is great, about a 20-minute taxi ride away, and the beach is right downstairs. Breakfast was a bit mediocre.

The soundproofing in the sea-view room was very poor. Because it's by the sea, the sound of the waves was extremely loud, and the glass doors at Prince didn't block out the noise effectively. Smaller than expected, and the facilities aren't great. I booked it for the pool, but it felt more like a public bath. The location is good though, you can get to Son Tra Night Market or cross the bridge to Han Market. Going the other way, you're at the beach, which was nice.
