Where to stay with kids in Vietnam

The friendliness of the staff was impressive. The hotel pool and beach are really great. The only downside is that the twin beds are too narrow. A family of three should definitely opt for a king-sized bed

Private Villa was very nice and modern. Private pool and view was amazing. Rest of the hotel area with public pool and dining area was not more than average

All in all the private villas are nice for a family vacation but the main building (normal rooms) I suggest to skip

Maybe because it was peak season, breakfast was incredibly crowded, and there was always a long queue for coffee. The hotel's pool, beach, and other recreational facilities were great

Staff was very friendly and helpful as far as they understood English. Breakfast buffet was ok but dinner buffet and also the a-la-carte restaurant was a nightmare - especially for the requested prices

Perhaps it's just the local vibe, but they weren't overly enthusiastic, though you'd occasionally find some friendly staff. However, if you had a request, they could generally sort it out

I previously left a short review, so I'll add a bit more. - The hygiene was acceptable, pretty standard, not exceptionally clean but tolerable. - The service attitude was average

Our stay with children was quite disappointing as the hotel is far from family-friendly

This lack of communication and poor noise control completely ruined our accommodation experience, and we hope the hotel can attach great importance to these issues and improve them for families with children

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at on Phu Quoc Island. The room was very clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities, and you could even iron clothes

The best beach resort experience I've had so far. The whole resort is impressively clean and very well maintained - grass is trimmed, plants are pruned, pavements are cleared of debris, every corner is just neat and tidy

The service at the Alma resort is exceptional. The staff are very polite and helpful. The Breakfast buffet is very good but can get busy at times. The swimming pools are kept clean and have lifeguards on duty

You can swim in almost every pool. Problem is, we wanted to swim into the sea but they wouldn’t allow us to go 🥲, over all it’s a good experience. Nice food at the hotel and in front of the beach

Large and qualitative offer for breakfast, plenty of activities to satisfy all types of guests and to top it all, an American bar available till midnight to watch the World Cup matches… well done! Will be back soon!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in the property for couple of days and everything was spot on; from check-in to check-out. Staff is well trained and always make you feel welcomed

The ocean view is just breath-taking - words just can't do justice. Imagine the ocean greeting you every morning you wake up. Definitely going into my "visit again" list!

Water park slides are for kids over 1,35m and not allowed even if your child can swim. I understand safety rules, but this would have been nice to mention somewhere

The smaller kids pool was ok, but you can see it's been worn out and need new paint and repair

Kid's club room was also worn out and stuffy atmosphere, the supervising adults didnt seems very welcoming, unlike other kids club we have been to in Thailand

The room lock had some issues and we waited 15min for repair to get the door open, and we had to hurry to change to catch the bus to Nha Trang center

Breakfast seems wide but flavors and food quality were mediocre

I'm very happy I didn't buy all-inclusive package, at first it seemed cheap but actually with that same money you can get way better food outside even when you have to pay for taxi

Our whole family had a great time, and we'd definitely consider booking here again on our next trip to Da Nang

This is also a Marriott property, but the breakfast here isn't as rich as the Marriott next door. You're also not allowed to go into the sea, only use the pool

Stayed at Sheraton Grand Da Nang Resort and overall had a great experience. Beautiful beachfront location, a massive pool, and a clean beach with a lifeguard—perfect for a relaxing stay

The resort is big with spacious rooms facing the pool or the sea. It’s so big that you can request for buggy service to your room if you are far away

We loved our 7day stay at the Sheraton Grand Resort and Spa - it was just the holiday we were hoping for. The staff are wonderful, super helpful and always ready to give you the best advice

The room is spacious and comes with standard amenities. The breakfast spread is excellent. The service staff are very friendly and helpful

However, the wooden toys on the front desk had freshly applied paint that wasn't dry, and they were just left there without any labels. My child picked one up and got paint all over their hands that wouldn't wash off

This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel in Nha Trang! The environment, service, cleanliness, and facilities are all top-notch. Plus, they offer a free spa session every day (though you need to book in advance)

Beautiful environment, convenient for the airport, and there's a shuttle bus to the city center. Taxis are also readily available. It's great for families with a farm and a swimming pool for kids.

All spa inclusive was amazing!!! Swimming pools have shallow part suitable for young children. Kids menu is good and its free. Kids play could have more toys, and the TV should not be turned on at all times

Lahana is an amazing hotel! This is a rare case when in reality everything looks and is even better than on the website

A very comfortable and chill resort. The breakfast every day was great, with a variety of food choices. They take good care of people from different cultures and backgrounds. Our whole family had a very pleasant stay

Wonderful staff, varied breakfasts, the hotel itself looks like an oasis in the center of the city. The swimming pool area is charming. The Christmas decorations are wonderful as well

Location was great, in the city and near the night market. The pool was definitely the best part of the resort. Great views. The room was clean and the outside shower was amazing.

We got a quiet room with a nice balcony view at the koi pond. The pool has a nice view and very clean, next to the restaurant. Everyday we have different fruit juices

It's a short walk into eateries and night life in Cat Ba town. There are two pools, one with water slides. Breakfasts were okay, with a reasonable variety, but nothing special

They could do with a proper bar setup by the pool, instead of waiting for a staff member to walk by to take your order, then waiting another 10 minutes for your drink to arrive

The indoor pool is filled with warm water, and the hotel boasts two private beaches. Additionally, there is a kids' play area with plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained

We also had Adobe issues charging drinks back to our room, while other guests seemed to be able. not sure why, maybe because we refused to leave our passports with reception, and opted to keep them with us

Located right by the pier but slightly uphill, which is not an issue. This place is quiet and has a beautiful view of the beach. The rooms and services are great and I will definitely recommend

Fantastic resort, more then friendly staff, excellent management! And perfect in every detail. Ocean view sight is amazing, as is listening to the waves of the ocean late at night

Running around to the stores to find them wasn't an option. Fruit stands are a pain; there aren't any. Kopeechka used to sell red dragon fruit, but I understand that was after the harvest and the owner

My wife and I stayed in Bungalow 107 in November 2025. We liked the hotel; it was very clean, green, and quiet. If you're looking for action, this isn't the place for you; Mui Ne is better

The grounds are beautifully decorated, featuring beautiful clay lamps, jugs, and bas-reliefs on the pool, bar, and stage. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas are available by the pool and along the shoreline

The rooms are large, with garden views (our second-floor room also offered views of the pool and sea). The room features sturdy wooden furniture and a large balcony

It was very pleasant that the hotel takes care of its guests, and a lifeguard kept an eye on us while we were swimming, both in the pool and in the sea

The rooms have no windows, but they're very clean, the bedding is fresh, as are the towels! The first room we were given didn't have a working air conditioner, so they upgraded it

Also breakfasts: huge buffet on Sundays and a lot of people also, other days quiet personal breakfast (was a little bit difficult to order, cause kitchen personal barely speaks English, but after a little efforts they bring you big & delicious meal)

There was street noise because the hallway area has large, unclosable windows. It's fine for a one-night stay. Breakfast was early in the morning, all the usual: pho bao, eggs, stew, pasta, vegetables, fruit, etc

The refrigerator and Wi-Fi worked well, and we didn't have to turn on the air conditioning overnight. The only downsides were the lack of hot water and the fact that the closet inside wasn't very clean

Those information belong to Kieu Anh hotel. The recently host steal the name and information from other service. We reported to Google Map, but I don't understand why do Google act nothing to respond

The security guard is adorable – friendly, always smiling and even recommending places to visit. The room is spacious and airy; the only small downside is the soundproofing, but overall it was just perfect! 🌸✨”

the rooms is a bit old, the door is a bit difficult to close, but overall is nice for my family stay,breakfast is nice, the staffs all very kind and helpful, helped us to bring the luggage up to the room and to taxi when check out

Nice staff and big modern rooms. The area around the hotel is full of litter, not the hotel itself, and the pool was covered in insects so I didn't swim. Busy beach just 1 minute away

Located right in front of the beach, hotel is a bit old but rooms just got renovated with brand new AC. Got the room for 590000vnd on a Saturday night with breakfast included, couldn’t ask for more
