The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff are incredibly attentive. There are many breakfast options, not just limited to local cuisine. Aside from the bar being closed and no dinner service at the restaurant, there are absolutely no issues. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is quite old and not very well maintained. You can see a lot of wear and tear in the room and facilities. I also asked for an extra pillow and some drinking water, but the staff could not provide them. For a 4-star hotel, I expected better service. We have a pleasant stay the Hotel. The place is walking distance from Dragon Bridge and Night Market, and also 10-15 Min walk to My Khe Beach. Thanks to Ms Ny Na who is accommodating and assisted us from the very minute we checked-in to the last minute we checked-out. Since we came early, we manage to get a 20% off promo for the SPA while waiting for the our room.

The location is nice, walking distance to my khe beach, around 13minutes. The beach is lively, vibe is good. It also near to linh ung pagod, grab just 15minutes distance. Nearby got lots of food.

The hotel is a bit tired. Stains on the linens are a problem, and the service is average. Soundproofing is excellent, so you'll hear your neighbors talking. The location is convenient, with everything nearby, including karaoke, which will keep you "drowsy" to the sounds of your neighbors.

We used the facilities and the family suite, and the bathroom was really spacious and excellent. However, there was a difference between the family room photo when booking and the actual room, so I think it would be good if the booking photos were updated if changes are made. I’m not a fan of the dog, but that aside everything else was nice. Jo’s next door doesn’t have the greatest hygiene. I noticed they let people walk in and out the kitchen. I’ve been traveling for about 2 months in south east Asia and this has been so far my best experience. The resort is amazing, the staff very kind, and I see no negative points.
