The staff is excellent, and the breakfast of coffee and fruit is wonderful. This guesthouse has huge potential

We spend some nights in this hotel when on a surfing trip. Rooms were clean, every morning there was fresh fruit free of charge, they prepare some tasty sandwiches by the way ;-)

But most importantly the hostess was incredibly friendly and helped with everything we needed. Transportation, Restaurant tips, Translation services. She made us feel very much at ease and even at home

And all for such low price (we stayed in a room for three guests and payed 15USD)! You pay something and get everything you need!

Likely there are more luxurious places in town, but we'd come back here for sure because of the hospitality!

The hosts were incredibly welcoming without being pushy. They provided plenty of tips and help to arrange activities. The fresh fruit and coffee/tea in the morning were the best start of the day

The manager of this guest house was extremely friendly and helpful. Large clean room with aircon and a great shower. Couldn't say a bad word about the facilities provided

A bit hard to find, but totally worth it! Wonderful rain showers woth burning hot water! Everything os clean and new. Receptionist were nice and every day they offered to clean the room

If I don't take in account that this hotel is amazingly hidden, it's nice to stay there. Stuff speaks English and free breakfast was included in our reservation.

The Breakfast was included- eggs, bread, coffe and a banana :) One downside- the matress of the double bed was splited (like in Europe)

The guesthouse has a lift, which is a big plus if you’re travelling with large or heavy luggage. One small downside was noticing ants during my stay

The boss is very friendly! The hotel provides breakfast every day! It is the most special food in Vietnam! There is no one to disturb us every day, it is very clean and quiet! Highly recommended!

The highlight was the incredible view from the balcony, where you can see the cable cars passing by and enjoy the nightly Kiss of the Sea fireworks show—no tickets needed! It felt like a private front-row seat to the best entertainment

Located in the heart of Bui Vien Street, this guesthouse offers reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well maintained.

This place is a quiet paradise! When I checked out, I hugged the hostess. I spent 10 nights in the village of Mui Ne. An atmosphere of peace and tranquility reigns here

Everything is clean and decent! I wish the guest house good guests! The place is a bit secluded. But if you're willing to ride a bike, you'll be comfortable overall. It's an 18-minute walk to the main market

I had an amazing stay at Diem Lien Guesthouse! The place is very clean and also very quiet. Very peaceful atmosphere and very close to restaurants and coffee shops

A very quiet, more out-of-the-way area compared to Hoi Chi Minh City, our previous stop. There were two decent eating areas a short walk away, including vegan options, and a nice open beach to see the sunset

Very friendly manager and pet-friendly! Upon request, she gave us a quiet room for my dogs and has been helpful when in need. Beach is 2min walk just across the hotel, Fairy Stream also 2min walk to the east

Overall, everything is ok, except for the unrealistic children's mattress, standing on it was torture and ants, and well, the noisy refrigerator and the roosters in the neighboring yard that screamed furiously at 4 in the morning)

You can also visit the famous fairy stream which the entrance is just across the road. The hostel also can help you to arrange a tour by jeep (white sand dune-red sand dune-fishing village)

50 Aud a night and to be fair we did check in up the road paid 33 Aud and it was very unclean Great sea view but nothing like this hotel we booked back in here today because of the clean space and great cafe across the road Price doesn’t always label a hotel Pays to loom around 💜

Had a good overall experience. We came to see the sand dunes and were 55 minutes from the furthest, with tours running from outside the resort. The pool was clean and well maintained.

She was very friendly and we had a great conversation. She cleaned my room as they didn't have a housekeeper available and helped me bring my luggage up two flights of stairs

Cooling Comfort: On a sweltering day with temperatures around 34°C and 65% humidity, the air conditioning cooled the room to a comfortable level within 20–25 minutes. Given the climate, this was impressively efficient

You will be surprised for what you get for the price you pay for! Clean and spacious! AC worked well!! Just remember you need to take off the shoes at the lobby and no elevator.

There’s a working fridge, they also provide soaps and toothbrushes. I don’t like leaving negative reviews on hotels/hostels but we genuinely felt uncomfortable and had to leave after one night of staying here

Stayed here for almost two weeks. (Extended my initial stay of one week. ) The place is run by a sweet local family. Everything is working well (AC, fridge, fan, hot shower). There's also a kitchen you can use

The shower is very good it’s powerful and very hot, maybe too hot if I’m honest, but does a great job! There’s a good fan and air conditioning which cools you down right away

We had to put one of our towels against the bottom of the door to stop bugs/lizards coming in through the night

If they did a few things to eliminate the problems then it would have been a much better place for us to stay

The guest house is quite alright. A couple of cups were dirty and a bit sad they didn’t offer tea/coffee having cups and a kettle. For this price it could be included. But stuff is very nice and helpful

The bathroom could use a bit cleaning though, but I don't expect much from Vietnamese bathrooms anyways. For 90k VND it's amazing! Not many people know of this place so it's usually nearly empty

Spacious pool with clean water, plenty of trees, a shallow end and a deep end, lots of chairs and a few loungers (it could use more though), tables, showers, a sauna and a bathroom

The room was old fashioned but the food was good. Old accommodation in a good location. The temple at the lake with red painted bridge just in a walking distance

The Vietnam National Museum of History laid just around the corner. Old quarter also not so far from here. Walking around Hanoi was so delightful

I went mid morning on a Sunday, mostly kids playing/getting lessons, however the centre and deep end weren't really being used so I could swim some laps without much interruption. Facilities are basic, but fine

They have a great 15m outdoor pool which is very clean and is 2.4m deep at one end and 500mm at the other end with a sloping bottom. At a cost of 90k VnD for all day use which equates to about $4 USD.

Comfortable bed and AC with aesthetic design; feels higher end than the price. Room faces a courtyard away from the street, so it was reasonably quiet at night. Staff are friendly and know English well

They also have a nice cafe/bar at the front. Owner is very nice - and she speaks very good English. PRO TIP: They also rent out bicycles at a very reasonable price

They can arrange tours and transportation. Cafe is just coffee, tea, and cocktails. Good place to launch an adventure

Perfect location near to the Lake and St Joseph Cathedral and other tourist spots, a lot of coffee shops nearby and local street foods overall it was a pleasant stay. For sure I will be back again

Having been in Hanoi a number of times and staying at different hotels in the old quarter and Hoan Kiem area, I would say this is the best hotel so far

It's close to the Old Quarter, so it's very close to massages and restaurants. But I was upset because they didn't give me the twin room I initially reserved, but the staff said they were sorry, so it was resolved

I thought they were going to change the room, so I went out and came back in, but I was shocked to see that they didn't change the room and changed the bed to a twin. I was thinking about changing the bed

The host of the guesthouse is very lovely and helpful. Our room was really nice and clean. The guesthouse is located on the night street that holds a lot of nice pubs and restaurants there, and for us it was a plus.

Rooms are large, well equipped, spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. Towels and bedding changed daily. Hosts are kind, genuine and helpful who provide a very good breakfast

Let me borrow a poncho when it was very wet out and they can do your laundry for cheap along with free water refills

He is incredibly helpful and can provide you with any information or assistance you might need. You can also rent a motorbike from him at a great price. He is by far the most welcoming host I’ve met in Vietnam

We could ask for cleaning of the room ourselves and that worked out fine. Close to the beach as well as the mainstreet. If this things are important to you, and to a low budget,we strongly recommend Song Ngoc Guesthouse
