This hotel does not have a clothes dryer on the balcony, and it is prohibited. The fine for drying clothes on the balcony is 80,000 VND per item. You must sign a consent form upon check-in. Excellent lotion with walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was ok but all the hotel staff were great. Especially the restaurant server (Ms Tam) was very kind and helpful, as I could not walk around due to my knee injury. She ran extra miles to serve all my needs for the food on my table. The transportation is convenient and the room is large, but the bathroom is very small. You have to stand in the bathtub to shower. Had a good experience staying at the hotel. All the decorations are beautiful and amenities are fully prepared with convenience in mind. Not as old as some reviews suggest. You can smoke on the balcony, and the room was cleaned thoroughly, they even helped organize my luggage and the room. The bed was comfortable, though a couple of the pillows are quite old and could use replacing. The pool was very clean.

The stay at Haian Hotel was disappointing due to ongoing construction noise. The hotel tried to compensate with drink coupons, but this does not address the actual inconvenience. A proper solution would be to reduce the room rates during construction periods. A well-established, renowned hotel with excellent facilities. I highly recommend the spa on the top floor – it was a delightful surprise! The gym equipment is the most comprehensive I've ever seen, making for a fantastic workout. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
