We spend some nights in this hotel when on a surfing trip. Rooms were clean, every morning there was fresh fruit free of charge, they prepare some tasty sandwiches by the way ;-). Very pleasant guesthouse. The hosts were incredibly welcoming without being pushy. They provided plenty of tips and help to arrange activities. The fresh fruit and coffee/tea in the morning were the best start of the day. Location is close to some surfschools and across the street is a well prices restaurant with tasty food. Highly recommended!

Excellent place. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. We even got a complimentary fruit platter and coffee in the morning!) There was some road construction and noise during our stay, but we understood that it wasn't the hotel's fault. The staff really went out of their way to make our visit wonderful. Plus, there's a path leading up to a 'mini-garden' with a beautiful view.

Need more mentenance I booked single room but when I got there, it wasn't available. That was ok, gave me a Family room. That was run down not clean room. The windows not shut. But the bed was comfortable.

Located in the city centre and value for money, is a building hide in an alley which might hard to find if the staff didn't come out to the roadside and lead us to the hotel. However the room is good and tidy, the bathroom is clean with hot shower but it might not function well sometime.

Perfect twin room on the 5th floor. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the staff helpful. Shared balcony was a nice extra.

A bit hard to find, but totally worth it! Wonderful rain showers woth burning hot water! Everything os clean and new. Receptionist were nice and every day they offered to clean the room. The Breakfast was included- eggs, bread, coffe and a banana :) One downside- the matress of the double bed was splited (like in Europe).

Booked this hotel last minute during what felt like peak season on the island.

For this price, you can't really complain about a studio apartment. I brought my own disposable bedding set. As long as I could sleep, it was worth the money. However, there was no hot water for a shower in the morning, though the water was good in the evening. I contacted the owner and waited over ten minutes in the bathroom, but still no hot water. Good property, however on arrival they started they didn't have our reservation, as system was "down" so they couldn't check us in. Mass confusion, and they put us in the hotel next door (not as nice by far), but said we could still have breakfast at this property and check in the next afternoon. Best Stay with the Best View Ever! I had an amazing experience at Kim Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect—very close to popular attractions. The hotel is located in the center of District 1, between Walking Street and Pham Ngu Lao. There's no noise from Walking Street. The rooms are perfect for undemanding travelers. They're clean, but haven't been renovated in a while. The soundproofing is poor, but the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff make up for any shortcomings! I'd give the service a 10 out of 5. The hotel is small and clean, but the price is a little expensive. The car to the airport is too expensive, 290,000 Vietnamese Dong, which is nearly 100 yuan in Chinese RMB. I took a taxi in another park and it only cost 30 yuan. It is too close to Gangfan Old Street, only 100 meters away, so it is a bit noisy.

The hotel is tiny. We barely made it through the hallway with a suitcase. The room is cramped. Quite shabby. Similar to the photo provided, but many years ago and with good photoshop))) A huge insect greeted us in the bathroom. The staff is polite. We stayed one night. Overall, it was fine. But we won't be back.

This place is a quiet paradise! When I checked out, I hugged the hostess. I spent 10 nights in the village of Mui Ne. An atmosphere of peace and tranquility reigns here. Everything is clean and decent! I wish the guest house good guests! The place is a bit secluded. But if you're willing to ride a bike, you'll be comfortable overall. It's an 18-minute walk to the main market.

I had an amazing stay at Diem Lien Guesthouse! The place is very clean and also very quiet. Very peaceful atmosphere and very close to restaurants and coffee shops. There are scooters to rent and the beach and main attractions are fairly close. The owner is also the nicest I’ve met in all Vietnam. I strongly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in this area!

A very quiet, more out-of-the-way area compared to Hoi Chi Minh City, our previous stop. For one star it over delivers i would say. Mrs Nguyen very supportive since the beginning. Beach 100 meters down. You catch a bus/minivan from ho chi minh airport and you re there within 3 hours.

Overall, everything is ok, except for the unrealistic children's mattress, standing on it was torture and ants, and well, the noisy refrigerator and the roosters in the neighboring yard that screamed furiously at 4 in the morning)

It is a bit far from the center of Mui Ne. The entrance to Fairy Spring is just 50 meters away. The accommodation is not class A, but the room is very spacious. I was able to rest comfortably. I will rest comfortably for 4 days and 3 nights.

A very cost-effective B&B. The location is good. It's right next to Fairy Creek and not far from the sea. The room is quite big and very clean. The owner is nice and can help solve problems. I'll stay here again if I have the chance.

Had a good overall experience. We came to see the sand dunes and were 55 minutes from the furthest, with tours running from outside the resort. The pool was clean and well maintained.

The hostess was amazing. She was very friendly and we had a great conversation. She cleaned my room as they didn't have a housekeeper available and helped me bring my luggage up two flights of stairs. Very kind lady and I really appreciate her hospitality. You will be surprised for what you get for the price you pay for! Clean and spacious! AC worked well!! Just remember you need to take off the shoes at the lobby and no elevator.

Stayed here for almost two weeks. (Extended my initial stay of one week.) The place is run by a sweet local family. Everything is working well (AC, fridge, fan, hot shower). There's also a kitchen you can use. Really appreciated the location because it's quiet over there. Would stay there again.

Spacious pool with clean water, plenty of trees, a shallow end and a deep end, lots of chairs and a few loungers (it could use more though), tables, showers, a sauna and a bathroom. The bathroom could use a bit cleaning though, but I don't expect much from Vietnamese bathrooms anyways. For 90k VND it's amazing! Not many people know of this place so it's usually nearly empty. Highly recommend.

They have a great 15m outdoor pool which is very clean and is 2.4m deep at one end and 500mm at the other end with a sloping bottom. At a cost of 90k VnD for all day use which equates to about $4 USD.

Pool use in July (low season). 90,0000. Foreigners have to be open minded given there is not a 'swimming culture' here. It is basic, and a bit chaotic, but there aren't many other options in Hanoi. If you want to train go very early. I went mid morning on a Sunday, mostly kids playing/getting lessons, however the centre and deep end weren't really being used so I could swim some laps without much interruption...

The room was old fashioned but the food was good. I stayed here in May 2010. Old accommodation in a good location. The temple at the lake with red painted bridge just in a walking distance. The Vietnam National Museum of History laid just around the corner. Old quarter also not so far from here. Walking around Hanoi was so delightful.

Beautiful hotel in Con Dao. They also have a nice cafe/bar at the front. Owner is very nice - and she speaks very good English. PRO TIP: They also rent out bicycles at a very reasonable price. Ideal to use in the traffic-less streets of the main town area.

Room faces a courtyard away from the street, so it was reasonably quiet at night. Staff are friendly and know English well. They can arrange tours and transportation. We were not able to stay in this Hotel when we check in at 11pm. as our room wasn't ready. Apparently, the bathroom was not working. However, the front desk staff was great and vey helpful to organise another hotel/room, without extra cost. The only downfall was that our original booking had the breakfast included. In which we were not able to have it in the new hotel.

This hotel deserves all the best comments there is.. from the location, the room, the breakfast, and most specially the staff. Having been in Hanoi a number of times and staying at different hotels in the old quarter and Hoan Kiem area, I would say this is the best hotel so far.❤️

The staff are excellent in their costumer service. They always check us on esp. To Jessica and the 3 others ( forget their names) help us book our halong bay and Ninh bình tour hassle free. But I was upset because they didn't give me the twin room I initially reserved, but the staff said they were sorry, so it was resolved...
