The hotel comprise of 2-4 bedroom villas and the landscaping has a tv drama suburban vibe to it. The villas are spacious but the hygiene was just fair

The hotel room was quite spacious and clean. However, the facilities were very limited, and getting to the beach was inconvenient

A great hotel for families! The rooms are well-equipped with excellent facilities, and the private pool is a lot of fun. Service was always prompt whenever we needed anything, and the hotel breakfast was delicious.

We bought some snacks back and had nothing to eat them with! There were quite a few Koreans and Westerners around. The iced coffee at breakfast was so good, I drank it for four days straight

But when we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing this sea-view villa was! It was very spacious for our group of two adults and three children. The hotel service was also great

The best hotel in Vietnam. Would recommend. There is a beach, several restaurants, a club on the 50th floor. At the height of service.

Nice location along beach road. They have own tunnel connecting hotel building and beach - that's cool. Reception area need some improvement for guest seating area

This hotel offers great value for money, is close to the beach, and perfect for a vacation. They even have exclusive lounge chairs on the beach! The breakfast selection is also very rich

We stayed with my wife (reservation under her name) Exceptionally located, beach side, amazing view. Great building, very modern and high standard. The spa/massage was good, but everything else was not great at all

The AC in the bedroom didn’t get below 21 degrees in the night even though I set it to 19. We paid extra for a sea view but the small balcony was cluttered with plants and had no furniture on it

Breakfast was good and B and B would have been a much better option. The hotel itself is okay, and as it was winter it was empty, and we like it quiet so that wasn’t a problem for us

We also asked for a bottle of water, but didn’t get one until my partner went to ask for it. As we were the only two guests in a huge dining room, this didn’t bode well

The friendliness of the staff was impressive. The hotel pool and beach are really great. The only downside is that the twin beds are too narrow. A family of three should definitely opt for a king-sized bed

Maybe because it was peak season, breakfast was incredibly crowded, and there was always a long queue for coffee. The hotel's pool, beach, and other recreational facilities were great

Staff was very friendly and helpful as far as they understood English. Breakfast buffet was ok but dinner buffet and also the a-la-carte restaurant was a nightmare - especially for the requested prices

Private Villa was very nice and modern. Private pool and view was amazing. Rest of the hotel area with public pool and dining area was not more than average

I recommend everyone to drive to the cable car island station: there you get more choice, better quality and all this for 30-50% of the hotel price

If they could clean up the beach, it would be next level. The waves were quite strong, not really suitable for swimming in the sea, so it's more for playing by the shore

- The resort environment was good; the lawns and greenery were well-maintained. The beach had quite a few impurities like twigs, leaves, shells, and cigarette butts

The seawater wasn't very clear either; the sea near JW Marriott to the south is clearer. - Plenty of bath towels were provided

Perhaps it's just the local vibe, but they weren't overly enthusiastic, though you'd occasionally find some friendly staff. However, if you had a request, they could generally sort it out

The sun loungers tended to be reserved, but if no one was there, you could temporarily sit on one. If you're bringing kids and planning to visit the amusement park or zoo, staying here is convenient for getting around

Nice beachside resort, very green and airy. Stylish entrance area. Great breakfast buffet. Enthusiastic and helpful staff. Nice views of the still developing resorts around.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, great breakfast, helpful staff and luxurious relaxation at the pool each day. This is where to spend a week doing nothing. It is on a long stretch of road with various other hotels

Not much near it so if you want more local options I. local restaurants/bars/shops then you’re better to stay in central Nha Trang but if you want a resort that has delicious food, 2 massive pools and huge rooms

) However, if you’re looking for a place to enjoy peace and quiet that does not require traveling far to get to stuff then this shouldn’t be a problem as the premise contains a little bit of everything from restaurants, pools, beach, leisure, work out centers, etc

Service: generally, the staff are friendly and helpful. We were all served tea the moment we entered the hotel and luggage was brought to our rooms for us. We booked 4 rooms that contain either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds

The reason for the 4-star is that, personally, I get that they want to keep a professional demeanor but a few smiles here and there shouldn’t hurt anyone. Amenities: breakfast buffet was reasonably diverse

There were many beautiful people around, perfect for just relaxing at the hotel. But if you want to go out, taxis are quite expensive

The room was comfortable, and the environment was great. The entire hotel was beautiful, and getting a ride from the accommodation to various parts of the hotel was quick

The sea view room wasn't quite what I expected; it was pretty far from the sea, and you could only see a tiny bit of the ocean

Many activities are a la carte and can be relatively expensive, but probably all the resorts in the area are the same

The food selection was amazing, and there were plenty of activities. The staff provided excellent service, and the facilities were comprehensive. Most of the guests were Japanese and Korean, with some Russians as well

I had an amazing time at this villa. The view was beautiful, and the staff were very kind and polite. The food was delicious and also felt healthy. There were many swimming pools, and they were clean and well maintained

The resort is away from danang city drive about 15 mins away. The level has many benefits like tea break. Room is huge and spacious. Beach was nice with swings and sunbeds to use

Main feedback that quite annoyed me was that everytime I book a grab bike or grab food it will be delivered OUTSIDE the hotel as the hotel refuses entry to any grab bikes

Melia definitely gives you value for money. The staff definitely made every interaction personable and they catered to our every need

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The pool was clean, and the hotel is close to the beach. Our family was very satisfied with our stay

But hotel’s guests became worse then earlier, a lot of people from Kazakhstan with terrible manners, with a lot of children with terrible manners, very aggressive and noisy, they are walking everywhere in swimming suits, even inside the hotel, on reception and etc It’s a reason for us to find another place with more calm people without big groups of Kazakhstan people

We were given free upgrade to suite. My trip 2nd day breakfast was great! The location is beside ******, night entertainment is covered.  Overall massage, avocado and coconut ice cream was very nice in Phu Quoc. 😊

They can do a lot better in terms of customer service and timeliness in terms of responding to the guests. The private beach is also good

There are many free shuttles to Phu Quoc Grand World, the night market, and the airport, but you need to book them in advance. The beach is also nice, with lots of activities

Our second stay at Swandor Cam Ranh and it was even better as we went during a better season. Perfect sunshine with pools and the beach. The shows were great and the food just as good as last time

Traveling with my kids and parents this time, I skipped the bustling city and island hopping. The hotel's all-inclusive package was absolutely perfect for me! The beach was clean and uncrowded

While the food wasn't entirely suited for a 'Cantonese palate,' it was still delicious, with a great variety of cheeses, fresh vegetables, cakes, and ice cream

😂😂😂 I especially want to commend the staff; everyone was incredibly warm and friendly. The ladies who looked after the kids were exceptionally patient, even though they often mistook us for Koreans

Plus, unlimited drinks! 🤭🤭🤭 Just a tip for the grilled meats and steaks, please don't overcook them! They were practically impossible to chew

We added an extra bed and were upgraded to a triple room. The hotel's pool, beach, and kids' water park are all great, and there's a kids' club available

Resort credit for meals is a good deal. There is a marina with good local dishes 5 minutes along the beachside walk, which we really recommend. Overall recommend if you are not absolutely anal about hygiene

Really quaint and lovely resort which is just the right size without having to walk too much from room to pools or beach. Tbh, as online reviews go, Housekeeping is really meh, despite best efforts

The hotel facilities are very comprehensive; even after checking out, there are still public amenities like the kids' club, a pool with public showers, a game room, and a lounge where you can pass the time, which was a huge plus

Initially, we booked an apartment building, which had a pure business style with no sea view. It had a kitchen but no cooking utensils, and a washing machine but no outdoor drying rack, making it feel a bit impractical

We came to Phu Quoc for a Chinese New Year vacation with our three kids, and specifically chose the InterContinental. The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-minute drive

Great hotel, beautiful amenities, several pools, restaurants. More things are open on the weekends. The beach can be hit and miss, it was a bit stormy when we stayed so we only stayed at the pool

The hotel's facilities are all pretty good, but the walk from the front desk to the elevator is incredibly long. It takes a full three hours to get to the hotel from Ho Chi Minh Airport, which is quite a journey

This hotel is worth all the money……great service, polite staff, clean…..the best hotel I’ve stayed in Vietnam I was booking a room for 5 nights and I’ve extended my stay because I received great service….

Spent three nights, we got the ocean view room and it is indeed worth it. The view you wake up to in the morning is breathtaking. We have our 20 months with us, got us a crib

A few mins of requesting something from house keeping and there it is. So many pools - this hotel is also connected to another hotel. Only location wise is the downside

Very nice Location, good tasty restaurants clean pools, nice beach. The beach is kept clean, the only drawback is that sometimes in the water there is plastic garbage. This is Asia not fault of the Hotel

The swimming pool and beach were awesome, everyday breakfast was great with lots of variety. But the location is not so great as it’s far from everything.

Location is quite far from city but near Vin Safari and Vinwonder; Also private beach for swimming.

Do stop by for the Chocolate buffet if you have no plans at 3pm. Otherwise the gym (in the next building) has some fitness classes. Getting to the other building is easy either by foot or by complimentary buggy ride

I have a very pleasant stay with my friends at Movepick Residences. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beaches and pools are nice. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay in this hotel!

The hotel also provides a shuttle to the beach, and guests can use the facilities of the Movenpick property next door. The hotel's spa is also very relaxing

Delicious food, the resort is decorated in a minimalist style of a fishing village. In particular, it has a great location right on the most beautiful beach of Khem on Phu Quoc Island

Perfect resort hotel for family with kids.  The pool, beach and water park are perfect.  Kids will surely enjoy their stay with great foods and facilities.

Booked a two-bedroom villa but was given a three-bedroom, though we weren't allowed to use the extra room. Good for families with seniors as all rooms are bungalows, making it easy to get around

This hotel could be compared to the Sanya Tianyu Hotel in China. The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are spacious and the beach is beautiful. However, the decor feels outdated

There are also a few massage places near the airport that offer pickup and drop-off. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle; just book it in advance. Breakfast wasn't great and the variety was limited

Stayed on the 10th floor with a great view. There's a daybed on the balcony perfect for lounging and enjoying the sea breeze and ocean view. The overall design was very well thought out

I stayed at Libra Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of food options to choose from every morning

The ocean view from the hotel was very beautiful and made my stay even more special. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important and comfortable

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud, hot water was available 24/7, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any noise from downstairs

This luxury hotel location is away from city centre , however they provide complimentary shuttle services to Danang n Hoi An They have many pools, long nice clean private beach

A few of the issues: -disturbed at 9 pm while I’m enjoying my Christmas Day dinner and drinks with my friends and friends - held hostage for 40 minutes in the resort cigar language because they do not have a working credit card machine and apparently don’t accept room charge for this property, only the Beach Resort, Hotel or Residences -ignored by the Downtime Relax Spa because they are “too busy...

Great stay at the Pullman in Vung Tao. Was only there for one night, but the food and accommodations and service were wonderful. very convenient location by the beautiful beach area

This was a great place with great service. From beginning to end we had a great time at this place. Service was well beyond what I expected.

Also got great support from Huong and Trinh, who even helped me recover a Bluetooth speaker I’d forgotten. Amazing staff and hotel, highly recommend!
