I would say on the overall it was ok for the price and for my kids to experience a pool villa, but the entire Vinpearl complex is dated and kinda eerie. Staff were helpful and nice

The pool water was also a bit dirty, with quite a lot of dead bugs in it. The main pool was also small for a hotel this scale

The hotel comprise of 2-4 bedroom villas and the landscaping has a tv drama suburban vibe to it. The villas are spacious but the hygiene was just fair

A great hotel for families! The rooms are well-equipped with excellent facilities, and the private pool is a lot of fun. Service was always prompt whenever we needed anything, and the hotel breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast there was very similar to Peach, with many of the same dishes. But there were too many Indians, if you know what I mean. I personally found the pool to be very clean

The price is reasonable for what you get, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of the city. Our deluxe room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out for a simple yet comfortable stay

Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang by Meliá was our second hotel in Nha Trang, following our stay at Vinpearl Resort on Vinpearl Island. Overall, it offers a comfortable and convenient city stay with several strong points

The door lock wasn’t working properly, which made entering the room inconvenient and a bit unsafe. Even worse, the bed sheet had a visible blood stain, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel

Overall, the food was great, but the service and room cleanliness need serious improvement. Even though， I won't give any bad score to the front house staff

The breakfast at the hotel was good — plenty of variety and everything tasted fresh. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn’t match that standard

This place was so great we extended our stay in Vietnam so we could come back to the hotel for three additional nights! In between our stays we stayed on the island across the bay with the theme park and the rooms weren't even close to as nice

This hotel offers great value for money, is close to the beach, and perfect for a vacation. They even have exclusive lounge chairs on the beach! The breakfast selection is also very rich

Amenities were excellent clean and modern. The staffs had a good english communication skills. The buffet has an exceptional gourmet taste specially the eggplant menu. I highly recommend this hotel

The resort is quite large, with beautiful scenery and great air quality. We booked a two-bedroom villa with a private pool. Our room was conveniently located very close to the activity center, within walking distance

Shuttles to the beach or lobby were quick to arrive. It was hot during the day, but mornings and evenings were very pleasant. There's an infinity pool, and they even have a foam party in the afternoon

The hotel grounds are expansive, so you need to take a golf cart to get around. My villa had two floors, three bathrooms, and a private pool right outside

When it was too hot to go out, just playing in our private pool was a great option

The reception staff are in need of better training as they were very dismissive when I brought the jellyfish to their attention. We had to resign to the in door pool for the remainder of our stay

The AC in the bedroom didn’t get below 21 degrees in the night even though I set it to 19. We paid extra for a sea view but the small balcony was cluttered with plants and had no furniture on it

The friendliness of the staff was impressive. The hotel pool and beach are really great. The only downside is that the twin beds are too narrow. A family of three should definitely opt for a king-sized bed

Private Villa was very nice and modern. Private pool and view was amazing. Rest of the hotel area with public pool and dining area was not more than average

Maybe because it was peak season, breakfast was incredibly crowded, and there was always a long queue for coffee. The hotel's pool, beach, and other recreational facilities were great

Staff was very friendly and helpful as far as they understood English. Breakfast buffet was ok but dinner buffet and also the a-la-carte restaurant was a nightmare - especially for the requested prices

I recommend everyone to drive to the cable car island station: there you get more choice, better quality and all this for 30-50% of the hotel price

The pool is clean and spacious. It was nice to have a separate low water for children to play. The snack bar food is delicious and cheap, so I'm not tired of playing in the pool all day

Facilities: Personally, I think they're just average, don't expect too much! Cleanliness: It's okay, not great but not bad either! Environment: Decent, the room has a balcony facing the pool! Service: Just average! Breakfast wasn't great! It's very close to the beach, you can walk or take a tram, which costs 12 RMB (self-paid)

The room was a bit small, but there was enough space for luggage. The balcony and pool were both very large and excellent. The front desk staff were also great and very polite

The hotel near grand world and can use walk within few minute.The one thing feel disappointed is the last day we stay at hotel was no water.We wait till afternoon just have water do bath.

All the facilities including the pool, even though the weather was not proper to use it, were enough to relieve my stress at work. Especially the service they gave was really enjoyable while my stay there

I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded upon check-in. The hotel features a nice swimming pool at the rooftop, a decent weight room for basic workout exercise, and my room was spacious.

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at on Phu Quoc Island. The room was very clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities, and you could even iron clothes

I have a good experience in 2-bedroom villa with lake view. A villa has 2 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 tiny swimming pool, 1 kitchen but you can't cook. They are really friendly and helpful. This resort is high recommended

The best part is the beach; just lounging around at the hotel was enough to have a great time

Not much near it so if you want more local options I. local restaurants/bars/shops then you’re better to stay in central Nha Trang but if you want a resort that has delicious food, 2 massive pools and huge rooms

) However, if you’re looking for a place to enjoy peace and quiet that does not require traveling far to get to stuff then this shouldn’t be a problem as the premise contains a little bit of everything from restaurants, pools, beach, leisure, work out centers, etc

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, great breakfast, helpful staff and luxurious relaxation at the pool each day. This is where to spend a week doing nothing. It is on a long stretch of road with various other hotels

Service: generally, the staff are friendly and helpful. We were all served tea the moment we entered the hotel and luggage was brought to our rooms for us. We booked 4 rooms that contain either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds

Cleanliness: our rooms were reasonably clean when we received them, and when we vacated them during the day, the staff took the liberty to come in, re-made the beds and re-supplied the amenities in the bathrooms

When we check-in, they only have king-bed rooms available but when we asked to exchange for a room with 2 beds, the staff offered to talk to the manager and we got what we requested after a 30-min wait

The room was spacious with a great view. It's an older hotel, but the location is excellent, right across from a shopping mall and with an ATM nearby, which was very convenient for currency exchange.

My clients have been staying here all month. It's incredibly convenient, located right on Trần Hưng Đạo Street, which is a main thoroughfare downtown. There are supermarkets directly across and next door

My requantly decision. Good choice, good location, wide room and so comfortable. The breakfast are not too much dishes but staffs in restaurant are so kind and gently.

The location is good. Interior looks a bit old but well managed. What I like the most was that the mattress was very comfortable and could sleep well.

Clearly we were there to check-in but there was no greeting or eye contact; instead, we were simply asked for our passports without any courtesy. Additionally, we were traveling with six pieces of luggage

Very nice resort. The food was good. The view and pool were awesome. Silent and peaceful. You will just want to stay in the resort all day but not going out.

The place is very spacious, and Building 3 is quite new. Many large conferences are held here. I didn't have time to go swimming because my schedule was too tight.

Main feedback that quite annoyed me was that everytime I book a grab bike or grab food it will be delivered OUTSIDE the hotel as the hotel refuses entry to any grab bikes

We were given free upgrade to suite. My trip 2nd day breakfast was great! The location is beside ******, night entertainment is covered.  Overall massage, avocado and coconut ice cream was very nice in Phu Quoc. 😊

The location of the resort is the USP. They have a wonderful swimming pool, there is a decent indoor kids play area

Staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort was very convenient and pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were truly friendly and helpful

We initially thought we wouldn't be able to get on the earlier one, but Vincent was incredibly helpful. He spoke with the driver and managed to get us on that earlier shuttle, which we really appreciate

The food is tasty and plentiful. Nice place located next to the airport. It's great here with kids. In a word, this is the place where everything is great, I recommend it, but only in the season

Traveling with my kids and parents this time, I skipped the bustling city and island hopping. The hotel's all-inclusive package was absolutely perfect for me! The beach was clean and uncrowded

Stayed on the 10th floor with a great view. There's a daybed on the balcony perfect for lounging and enjoying the sea breeze and ocean view. The overall design was very well thought out

The weather in mid-March was just right for a dip in the pool

The only downside is that the public microwave, which used to be very convenient, has been moved to the convenience store. I had to walk a bit to heat up my child's food

On the downside: there are many small flies outdoors; ordering food is inconvenient and takes a long time; the breakfast restaurant is crowded and chaotic, though the breakfast itself is decent; and there's not much to explore nearby, so you're pretty much confined to the hotel

The kids' club is divided into indoor and outdoor sections, both with excellent facilities

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the 24-hour gym is excellent, and the location is perfect in the city center, close to markets, shopping, and major attractions

We added an extra bed and were upgraded to a triple room. The hotel's pool, beach, and kids' water park are all great, and there's a kids' club available

The hotel facilities are very comprehensive; even after checking out, there are still public amenities like the kids' club, a pool with public showers, a game room, and a lounge where you can pass the time, which was a huge plus

Initially, we booked an apartment building, which had a pure business style with no sea view. It had a kitchen but no cooking utensils, and a washing machine but no outdoor drying rack, making it feel a bit impractical

We came to Phu Quoc for a Chinese New Year vacation with our three kids, and specifically chose the InterContinental. The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-minute drive

The only downside was that due to the high number of guests, we had to queue for check-in, breakfast, and other meals daily. This is something I think the hotel should improve
