The hygiene facilities are pretty average.

We liked everything; we stayed on the 15th floor. Sometimes in the evenings, there was loud music from the neighboring hotel.

The pool is very old and in a bad condition. I think this place just suitable for sleeping only.

Pros: My room had a balcony and was newly renovated. Cons: After the renovation, the limescale hadn't been washed off everywhere. I don’t understand why people complain about the hotel’s service and staff. They were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met while traveling from Khanh Hoa to Nha Trang with my fiancée. The rooms are musty and moldy. Staff is friendly. Good location. During our stay, renovations took place. We were not aware of it and drilling came through our wall at 8 am. Then, construction smells. Not ideal for a holiday, I would have liked to know so my family stays somewhere else.

The best place to celebrate Christmas and New year. We had a room with balcony and facing the sea. We enjoyed the meal from breakfast to dinner. The food is catering for both domestic and foreign guests and we really enjoyed the breakfast in particular. Facing the sea, the hotel is upscale and elegant. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, proactively helping with luggage, which was very heartwarming. The only downside is the room's age and the old-fashioned furniture; it needs some renovation. However, the current price is very reasonable, and the breakfast is plentiful. The rooms are quite worn out, and the floors need renovation. The soundproofing between rooms seems good. However, the doors are flimsy, so noise from the hallway is clearly audible. Around midnight, the staff decided to clean the floor, which was very noisy. The view from the window is great, and the beach is nearby. Nice stay for families. The room size and amenities were great—clean, good value, and in a great location very close to the beach. Breakfast had a nice selection as well. This is really great. I went to the airport early in the morning on my last day. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The only downside is that the door is heavy. You have to pull it up to close it. The door is made of wood, but everything else is very good 👍!

I feel like this is a resort with a rich history, great sea views, and decent massage. If the rooms and facilities can be renovated, I think it will be very attractive and people will choose to stay here again and again!

An ok hotel at a low cost. This hotel is probably a 2, maybe 3 star hotel at best. The price was good and the room seemed fairly clean. But something about the room made me very uncomfortable. The shower was a let down, a bit grubby. There was foul smell on arrival which cleared up after an hour or so.
