The hygiene facilities are pretty average.

We liked everything; we stayed on the 15th floor. Sometimes in the evenings, there was loud music from the neighboring hotel.

The pool is very old and in a bad condition. I think this place just suitable for sleeping only.

Pros: My room had a balcony and was newly renovated. Cons: After the renovation, the limescale hadn't been washed off everywhere. Upon check-in, there was a smell in the toilet; we had to buy an air freshener. We mentioned the issue to reception, and they agreed to replace the room the next day. I don’t understand why people complain about the hotel’s service and staff. They were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met while traveling from Khanh Hoa to Nha Trang with my fiancée. Come here every 2 or 3 months but never seems to get bored of this place. Excellent view from the balcony (the beach). Breakfast is splendid, good service. I forgot my stuff at the hotel one time but luckily staff named Thu Thảo helped me to send it all way back to Hanoi where I live.

Stayed 2 nights in 1 bed 1 bath apartment. This is an upmarket services apartment and provides all the corresponding level of services and facilities. Just one thing you need to be aware related to the construction site next door, as it goes both day and night. Ask for the unit away from the construction site or the opposite side of the building, then enjoy!

It a super modern hotel and very new, clean and the staff are fabulous. All the facilities you need like multiple pools (one heated) +bars and restaurants and a gym. The resort has private beach, specially nice view pool and restaurant. Staffs are friendly. We were free upgraded to the villa area because the building is still in the construction. We will come back when it is finished all.

I feel like this is a resort with a rich history, great sea views, and decent massage. If the rooms and facilities can be renovated, I think it will be very attractive and people will choose to stay here again and again!

This hotel was not pleasant at all, with loud construction noises booming until late at night without any prior notice from the hotel. The bedding wasn't clean, and the staff weren't friendly. Great location! The air vents smell of cigarettes. You can also smell it in the hallway. A very nice hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast menu. Was a bit out of town but this meant it was quieter but easy and cheap to get a Grab. Overall stay was very good.

A good hotel for the price in the center of Nha Trang. You can't hear much noise from the nightclubs and it's very close to the sea and all the cafes, shopping centers, and so on. Cleaning was done every day, but the only thing was, they didn't change the bed linen once in 10 days, but they did change the towels, brushes, toothpaste, and combs every day. 😁 I highly recommend it!
