Rich Hotel in Da Nang

One of the worst hotesl Ive stayed in. Not one day did I get room service. The room smells awful like smoke. Mildew on walls and ceiling. TV not work and theres only 1 outlet that worked. I didnt complain because complaing doesnt help here. Once they have your money they will never give back. I was very dissapointed

When I checked into a hotel, the window was wide open, so I tried to close it but couldn't lock it because I didn't want any bugs to get in.
When I told the hotel staff, they said, "It's not a problem."
Even though I told them there was a problem,
I think it's up to us to decide whether it's a problem or not.
My room was on the second floor, and a hotel was being built behind the hotel,
so I was praying that no thieves would come.

There was also a problem with the entrance door to my room.
At this point, I probably needed to change rooms.
In fact, I don't think I should even rent the room out.

They said they would call a repairman tomorrow and asked me to "wait a day."
The next day, when I asked about the door repair,
they said through a translation app that they would be there right away, but after waiting four hours, they still hadn't arrived.
When I asked what happened after that, they "acted sulky."

I later found out
A male staff member in his 20s apparently reported the issue to his supervisor, who told him that a repairman had been called!
→Time passed without anything being done.

The next day, a repairman suddenly showed up, but they were out of parts and left without a fix.

They repaired it the next day, but it still wasn't fixed.
What did they do??
Because the front door was rented out to guests in that condition, it wasn't properly fitted and was difficult to close.

The card key didn't work, so I had to use the spare key, but it took 3-5 minutes to open the door every time, and I'd end up breaking a sweat just getting into the room.
*It's not as simple as turning the key to the right or left. There's a complicated way to open it, and I still don't know the correct way.

Bad experience. View sea room with a lot of noise. And very expensive. The room is dirty, the windows can’t lock up. I can’t sleep all night, because the construction noise. Told to hotel to change room, hotel said if I want change room, I need add money to change a cheaper room, how ridiculous, I booked room is the most expensive room in that hotel, and hotel told me to add money to change room with no noise. Bad hotel, I will never go here again. Hotel told me to complain in agoda.
