1 star hotel, service so good. I felt that hotel rearry like to see us. And we come 5.30 am, so they were sleeping and then say just they are very happy that we choose them. Service perfect. Hotel don't take money because of our early arrival. The room is not reach but the price is so small. So we are happy to stay 3 days this hotel.
Nice hotel, clean with cheap price. All the staff so do not speak English. You may find ants inside of your room, the bed is hard like wood and the hotel is a little bit on the side of the town
The location is really good, short drive away from airport and city center, walkable distance to convenience stores and eating areas, and also pubs and bars frequented by tourists. It is also around a 15 minute walk to the beach, faster if you take a bike there. The room was clean and spacious, and and quiet at night. All the staff were very friendly and even took me to the pharmacy when I had a motorbike accident and wanted to help dress up my wounds. If you reach after midnight, just ring the bell and a doorman will attend to you. Overall a great stay and will definitely recommend to everyone coming to Da Nang
its a homestay inn at Danang, the greenest city of Vietnam. its rooms are designed to give a homely feel and yet are professional touch. The owner of the hotel is architect himself. the neighborhood is quiet and yet well connected to all important areas of the city. nice cafes and restaurants serving local food are nearby. the room rent is reasonable.
Nice hotel. They dont speak english or just few words. But the location is good, lot of restaurants, bars and the beach.
Friendly, nice, clean and probably the best place you can imagine. The staff made me a great breakfast everyday, and because I'm vegan, it can be hard. Moreover, I got free bike, information and plenty of smiles. Don't miss it!!

The 2 star rating is down to our checking out experience where we fell foul of a terrible exchange rate and the old, "no, the laundry is VND60k per kilo, not VND16k!" Disappointing end to an otherwise really lovely stay.

Staff broke open my suitcase and stole all valuables during lockdown.

Nice comfortable place. I checked in late and the watchman was the only person and nobody at reception. Initially he refused to let me in but I convinced him after much trial (language was an issue) and checked in. It was supposed to be a 24 hours checkin when I booked

I was looking for the cheapest private rooms in Da Nang and this one caught my attention, happens to be in My An ward, arguably the nicest area in the city since all the good bars and hostels are here so it's best to meet people, nice places to eat around the corner as well.
Once I arrived I was surprised by how nice the place was, they even had an outdoor space where you could hang out, no issues with the room, towels included and AC worked properly.
Definitely a no brainer to stay here, in terms of quality/price its unbeatable and the staff were also very welcoming.

The owner and the staff dont really know much about their own rental price policy. On the board at the reception it was much cheaper as what they told me. As example: 6mill VND/month for a one bed room appartment. I showed them their own board on the table and they told me after a quite unprofessional discussion between the owner and her son, that its cost me around 10mill. VND/month. The english conversation of them is also quite bad. The appartment rooms are also simple and it looks like they only want serve vietnamese clients. Thats explain the different price policy. In Vietnam sometimes they still have different prices between foreigners and vietnamese clients on every level.
